Hello, I'm having a problem that every time I alt+tab out of my game and then return, there is this strange black bar that has ghosting, at first I thought it was a ENBoost problem, because it started happening after installing it, but even after removing ENBoost, it still happened.

Looks more like an issue with GPU driver/software settings than errors from a mod conflict. Although the "erwood" top right suggests it's the game, since you're in Riverwood. So, for some reason there seems to be some kind of menu active that tells you where you are. Could be an SKSE plugin malfunctioning. Looking at your load order I suggest you start using LOOT. You also have plugins active that you no longer need: you've got the Bijin AIO plug and the three separate plugins as well. When the AIO is installed (and you chose the AIO option for each individual Bijin mod) then the three separate plugins are no longer needed.

I have a question, I'm using Vortex, is Vortex plugin sorter better than LOOT? Also, that "erwood" is actually a visual glitch that's happening on that black bar, it appears that frames are not getting refreshed on that area, so they stay there. I got some more screenshots showing that my cursor also is affected by it. Also I can't disable the Bijin Warmaidens.esp because it is a master for the scopedbows_bijin patch.esp.

I've gone back to using Nexus Mod Manager after having tried Vortex for the second time. Vortex' mod conflict solving creates more conflicts because it doesn't overwrite textures and needs you to choose which mod is loaded first, which becomes impossible when there's more than two mods involved that have some of the same files and you want files from each of the three mods. LOOT is integrated into Vortex, so It should be the same thing, although I've noticed that the external LOOT sorts mods differently than the one integrated into Vortex.

 

Nexus keeps pushing Vortex down people's throats while it has been released prematurely and has more bugs than a flea-infested dog. I threw it off of my computer yesterday and will never ever use it again. Use either NMM (for simple installs without any hassle) or Mod Organizer 2 aka MO2 which is more complicated and is a bit the predecessor of Vortex.
