D3d9.dll files cause ctd after bethesda logo.

HI there, i will say just before that i have also posted my problem on reddit as i just want to cover all possible help, thank you :)

 

You guys probably see this kind of post on a daily basis but ive done everythiong on the internet tells me to do but with no luck. I have been trying to do the ENBoost patch as my game ctd's when loading to windhelm (no help either online) so i wanted to do the enboost. i have done the skse memory patch with no avail and i have also clean reinstalled skyrim with no luck. When ever i put the d3d9.dll files into my skyrim folder alongside the TESV.exe file my game always either CTD after the beth logo or when i go to load a save. I have also tried the injector method but that didnt seem to work either. I have previously downloaded DirectX9 and put that in the folder and also replaced the directXC++ files i saw somewhere on line. I am stuck in this endless cycle and i just want to have a stable skyrim :( I have also been looking at my papyrus reports and i have also done the memory blocks log but the greatest number in block one didnt even reach half of its given MB (512)

I will attach my INI files but as you read i have clean installed it so they will most likely be vanilla but i will post anyway

where do you have skyrim installed? programfiles(x86)?

While we're asking questions:

1) are you using Windows 10

2) how much vRAM do you have?

3) are you using Skyrim LE or SE?

Yes it is in programfiles(x86) and yes i am using windows 10. I have 8gb of dedicated vram and it is LE. I think i have now got it to work by tweaking many of the enb.ini settings and i can now play the game. However i did open the map and it went to a black screen with wind noises and i had to open task manager to end the programme but i dont know if that is part of this porblem or it is a different bug or it just happens with vanilla skyrim anyway?
