I been shut out of Vortex with this message:
Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have appropriate permissions to access the item.
  1. I am using admin account
  2. It is not the antivirus
  3. I already try the properties and got the same message
  4. I already try to unistall the program but got the same message.

Have you tried restarting your PC? You may also need to reinstall the latest build of Vortex over the existing one.
