Starch Posted April 24, 2020 Share Posted April 24, 2020 I been shut out of Vortex with this message: Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have appropriate permissions to access the item. I am using admin account It is not the antivirus I already try the properties and got the same message I already try to unistall the program but got the same message.
