(Suggestion) Small but desirable feature

Hello !

There is one feature that I think would be useful.
I am interested in mods, but I would not like to see some. (I do not like to see all mods, not all are interesting to me.)
It would be very useful and convenient if I could hide some modifications that are not interesting to me.

For example: There are mods that I consider cheating, so that I would not see a couple of works by this author, I would not want to add him to the black list, it would be stupid, especially if he has mods that are interesting to me.

But, if I could hide these mods (for example, the author has 180 mods, and I need to hide 50), it would save me a lot of time
