Same issue. Vortex refuses to download or log-in.

erm in case you didn't see the feature section, in the new manager they actually just combined loot into vortex so you really shouldn't need Loot anyway Sorry for the necro, but if LOOT is built in, how can I see the warnings that LOOT gives in Vortex?

My Vortex speeds keeps fluctuating between 2 MBps and 18 MBps. It never actually seems to stay over 10 MBps for too long. In NMM, I have no issues staying at around 12 MBps. On Steam, I am usually getting a speed of 40MBps or more. And before you ask, yes, I have premium (the lifetime subscription), and no, I am not mixing up MegaBytes per second (MBps) and Megabits per second (Mbps).

Something that I have noticed is that it does work on the first page of the comments, but if my comment or if the parent comment that I replied to has been pushed past the first page, it will not jump to the comment. @StormWolf01, that doesn't actually search past the first page, so it's not too useful for me. @Pickysaurus, I have tried refreshing the page after it loaded with no effect.

When clicking on a notification that informs me that someone replied to my comment, it's supposed to jump to my comment (the URL will have something like "jump_to_comment=xxxxxxxx" at the end) yet this doesn't work. It means I have to find my comment manually every time, which can be nearly impossible or at least very tedious if the reply happened a while ago. What I have tried: Reloading the pageIncognito modeAnother browserAnother system None of those worked.

Is there a way to learn the shout if I have a non dragonborn character (meaning the main quests are disabled but I can still learn and activate shouts from word walls)? Is it just randomly on a word wall somewhere or is there no way to learn it?
