How can I search specific topic now?

I really like Skyrim, but I use it for language learning too. Is there any possibility to pause NPC dialogs? I need some time to read & translate subtitles, but they so quick... I tried press ~ , but I cant see subtitles then. Is there any mod or console command to see last subtitles again after dialog end? Thank you in advance
