Adding to the wishful pile

I couldn't find anything related to this, but hopefully I'm not the only one annoyed by the fact the voices of the radio DJs are so much louder than the volume of the music, right? I mean, either I can barely hear the songs, or I hear them all right and every now and then Mr. New Vegas comes up and blasts a news-flash-shaped hole in my brain. So, anyone up for something that either lowers the volume of DJs' voices or raises the volume of the songs?
