Alright, this won't download for me, and pausing downloads causes it to crash.

Okay, the summon weapon/armor thing seems to be lacking. Summoned armor would be silly looking, since bound things take on an ethereal look in this game, but I think a shield would do well. Wouldn't be hard to make, come the creation kit. A retexture of the daedric shield, with the effects of the summoned weapons, automatically equiped, and removed when you sheath.

LE Vampire Feed Attack similar to Bloodlines
Syrencall replied to xaliqen's topic in Skyrim's Mod Ideas
*Flails* NAAAH, I posted this yesterday, and now its ten pages back. A combat feed would be wonderful for a finishing move. Bash them upside the head, spin them to the side, then rib out their throat, drink your fill, let the body fall to the ground. Then it becomes a matter of scripting the event and animating it, more than programming a whole new feautre. -
Hakes armor from DA 2 would be pretty cool. Dunno how skyrim handles asymetrical legs and arms though. http://borderhouseblog.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/03/Hawkeconcept.jpg

Bump for great justice. I like the idea for shouts, but not spells, that would just get a bit annoying, considering those are real words, and could be triggered by people around you, or you shouting at the game.

In the bloodlines game, you can completely drain an enemy of blood to kill them. Something similar to that would be nice, for those of us who think being sneaky constitutes taking off our daedric boots before we run though a room and punch everything to death. It may work quite well as a finishing move, could switch out to third person, bash them with your mainhand, then 'grab' them with your off hand, and bite out the throat, wiping the mouth clean as you let the body drop to the floor to continue your rampage. Also, a retex/remesh of the savior's hide would be lovely. Similar to fur armor, but darker, with some bones perhaps. And some sort of solid breastplate, per dragonplate armor perhaps? Something that looks warmer than running through the tundra dressed in forsworn armor.

This is pretty much just all the other magic trees though. I think it would be FAR easier to just modify the perks for those trees, so you don't have to remake the constellation textures and menus.

Well, that may seem a bit lack luster. But you could probably use audacity, and with some time and effort, distort the human, or draugr shouts to sound completely new.

...Bump. I would like to see this finished. I would also like to see Wyre Bash, OBMM, and OBSE, and OBGE be drawn into a single easy to install package, with a working installer and clean and clear instructions. Take that as you will.
-
Yeah, I had installed a mod called Castle Sky Avalon. Apparently it didn't like me deactivating it, because it deleted ALL of the ground in all my open cities, as well as making a whole bunch of rocks partially see through around Chorrol. Was a bit of a shocker when I fell through the ground.

Just did a clean install of Oblivion, and want to get in a few game changer mods, and want to get an order down: OBMM, OBSE, OBGE And then any suggestion for better weather, better ground textures, crowded cities, and other graphical improvements.

I find it kind of silly that wearing a full set of heavy armor, I can tread water forever. Perhaps a realistic swimming system could be added that puts stamina into the equation, where you lose stamina dependent on the combined weight of your armor, or how much you are carrying to how much you can carry. Perhaps several modes, like if you run out of stamina underwater you start to sink, or drown, or slow down. Would make finding bridges much more important to over all gameplay.

Now, I got to thinking, and wishing I had a second installation of Oblivion, so I could run it without mods, or with a whole different set of mods. Do you think it's possible? Perhaps if I used a second, non-spanned hard drive?

Cool. I figured I had to do something like that, but couldn't find one. I did notice that it wasn't the texture changing, it was the actual mesh. So I'm going to try it right now. Also noticed I had Roberts body replacer active as well. ADDITION: All finished now. And it seems everything is working as it should, besides some minor issues with the hands. Decided to just swap in HGEC for Eyecandy.

Hey, I'm using Eyecandy body replacer, and it seems on all the standard armor, the skin texture doesn't match anymore. Any hints on how to fix that?
