Managed to dl via proxy - for those who get issues: Right click on a Manual Download link - chose Copy Link Adress. Paste the copied link in a proxy site adress bar. Uncheck "Remove Scripts" option if the download doesn't start.

Germany and Poland can't download either. I'm in Poland, tried to dl a mod - DNS error... Asked my friend who lives in Germany to try - same thing.
