I voted "yes" but in truth, I think the answer has to be whatever the patch team thinks will produce the best technical solution to patching bugs. I mean, that's the whole point, right? If you think a unified patch provides the best technical solution, since it lets you address some cross-dlc problems, and it also provides the best work solution for you and your team, then that's what you should do. But only you really know. I trust your judgement. As far as pricing goes - Bethesda games go on sale all the time. During the most recent Steam Summer sale, the Legendary edition of the game was only $15. The DLCs were individually on sale too. Right now, they're a weekend deal, at 25% off, which is not super cheap. But it's not full price, any more. People who don't have everything can stick with the current patches for a few months until the next big sales roll around.
