  1. I expressely changed my PC configuration only to be ready for Skyrim! New I5 CPU @3.2G Asus p8p67 motherboard 4G memory ATI Radeon HD 6850 New LG DvD/Blu Ray driver/burner(it was really cheap) And a power supply of 650W, and all of this for like 600$. I tried DAII with it...,man those graphics are soooo smooth now!
  2. A thing that i don't like about Skyrim is the way that you need to "equip" magick in one of your hand. Rendering you unable to use magick wiel dualwielding or while using a twohander weapon... The all" you need free hands to use magick" in fantasy stuffs always make my teeth grind...,i like to play a char who use dark/destructive magick while using a twohander sword!!! So if i have to swith each time between the two...,that would be a nuissance,that was the only good thing about magick in Oblivion... Well luckily there would be rapidly a mod that fix that... Seriously...a free hand...magick come from your beeing,not from only your hand... I hope Shouts don't require to have a free hand or something...
  3. Another details i picked up ... At 1:34 you can see the PC launch a speel with a staff...,while bearing a sword in the other hand!!! Rejoyce Battle mages and Mage Knights players!!!,you can dual wield swords+staves and do some magick+slash combos!!!
  4. To me it looks more like the AI of the wolf makes him run like that to try to avoid the arrows...,it is much more realistic then having ennemys/beast simply run straitgh at you. Also did anyone notice the way the character triggered his fire aoe at 1:36?,by punching the floor!!!,finished the time of the shaby and moronic casting animations!! Man this game will be a lot of plaisure(and pain) for the modders who likes to makes neat animations! Also the way PNJ's interact with the environment,...at 1:28 you see in the rigth of the screen the old lady actually leaning against the wood fence,you see men duck and grab stuff thats on the ground... Also the smoke /snow/water particles effects are really good,you see the waterfalls your like "woah...",and also the passage with the wolf,you actually see a dust trail after he walks in the dirt!! Also at 1:40 when the char takes up his weapons,its so natural and fluid!,and the effects of that "Spirit" thing!! Also,we only see like 2-3 cities,but you immiaditly see that those are not taken in the same cities!!,their architecture are really different! Again at 1:28 the soldier/guard who comes your way,you actually see his sword in the scabbard wobbling against his hips when he walks... Plus the NPJ's semmes to have different kinds of walks,not anymore of that one and only walk pattern!! Man this video gives out so much detailes on the quality of this game its astoundishing!!
  5. Just to point out that the Perks are allready in the game...,its the devloppers themselfs who said it... Its not just some random guy on the forums who said"...add Perks like FO3 plz!!!..." When they say that they added Perks its more of the line" there will be perks like in Oblivion,but unlike oblivion when you had no idea to what lvl reffer too for your perk,you will see a menu and a tooltip where you actually see your enabled Perk list..." I don't see why the rant,after all FO3 was juste a disguised Oblivion where they added guns!...
  6. Thats a creative way to mae a UI, i like it. But i only hope that it will be more readable then in oblivion. I had a serious eye strain when looking at the vanilla menus and UI will playing Oblivion.
  7. Finnaly good looking characters and NPC's without using a mod!! Even the mobs looks awesome! By looking at the pictures you can assume that the character's animations are better done then in Oblivion,the way he hold his weapons and his shield,the way he walks. There are less Skill schools then in Oblivion but its maybe for a better thing,Mysticism school disapeared but i think the spells are being moved to other magic schools. When you look at it Alteration can be the new school for Mysticism spells like detect life and stuffs. The other thing i'm kinda worried about is the UI,like the inventory and spellbook menus. Hope they will be more readable and enjoyable then before.
  8. A better thought out magic/enchantments system...not that laughable crap that we had to go througt with Oblivion... Stunning looking spells and effects. USEFULL spells... A bit more then juste a dungeon and caves crawling game. A true exploit of the 3 dimensional environment,like climbing on walls with the rigth gear/physical feats/spells,really amazinf jump when using specila ability's like jumping from tree's to tree's if you a magical creature type character. More easely and swift character controls while moving,figthing and stuff,not that stiff cardboard looks that we have gone through.

  11. What someone should do its Jecht's outfit. Its a nice outfit for a Ferocious/berserker warrior that as a cool surfer vibe to it ^^.
  12. Ok i re-uploaded the mod because i apparently forgot to remake the textures pathing... :whistling: So basicly the game was still searching for the textures in Apachii and Jojo's folders... So i remade the pathing,this way the mod is completly indenpendant(i hope...). So to all of you who have dll it since yesterday (90people not bad huh?^^),excuse me and please give me another chance,re-downloaded and try again plz :thanks:
  13. Ok i've clean up the files,sorted them correctly,and put all the package into a .rar file.   14. The idle stance with the twohander is from DMC stylish animations. For the walk idle i have no idea. The staff idle comes from Spell Singer animations New Animation you run like Ninja's do. Pose animations are just for that,Poses,once you start to move or cancel the poses you hold your weapon as normal. There are various Idle and stance animations replacers. The best ones are DMC Stylish animations Weaponskill Powerattacks replacer who also have some nice onehand/twohand swords idle stances-give you a total of 8 powerattacks for onehanded and twohanded swords each. You select those you like and attribute them to a powerattack combo(run forward+powerattack is one of the combos) Sinkpoints Martial Art replacer who make you actually do Kung Fu when figthing hand yo hand. Mayus Animation Overhaul i recommend to use this mod,it put all the vanilla animations that the NPC's use into a different folder,this way when you use custom animations,your character is the only one to use them,you will be the only one to look badass with your animations and not the NPC's Animation Replacer Packthis anmiation pack as some nice cast target,selfcast and idle stances. A good way to have a unique characters with unique animations is to first install Mauys overhaul,then go into the Data>Meshes>character>_male folder. You can manually select the animations files from each mod and put them thogeter in the _male folder. I use this way DMC stylish 2 handed sword walk/run idle,with the Weaponskill replacer 2hand idle C when i'm static. I use the 8 specials power attacks(each one attributed to a move+attack combo) from Weaponskill Powerattacks replacer for twohanders. I use the cast target,cast self animation from the Animation Replacer Pack. If you do it correctly you can add various animations/idle/combat stances to your character,just keep in mind that each file must be correctly renamed to function(in each animation replacer mod there's a READ ME file that explain wich files to rename etc)
  15. Oh ok thanks Slawter. Well the animator is free to add something or to make it as he seems fit,as long as the character points its sword when casting a target/touch spell. After all someone who creates need to do it freely :thumbsup:
  16. I don't think that will do it. What i was trying to explain is that you use a casting animation that make you look like you cast with your sword. Not a sword that hurls fireballs or shoot lightning. You combat with your sword like normaly then you cast a target spell,the cast animation when equiped with a sword use the sword in the animation. My request is a casting animation replacer using the sword,not a sword who actualy shoots fire or lightning.

I would like to ask if i'm the only one that wants that why swordsman character cast his spells by using is sword.he points his sword somewhere,cast his spell and the sword shoots fireballs or ligthning!! So my request is to make a target/touch cast animation that look like this: http://img689.imageshack.us/img689/4324/img08851.th.jpg Maybe not with the magical effects,but at least the arms and sword position. It can be a different cast animation depending if you use a one hand sword or a twohander. With a one hand you only points your sword at the target(obviously..),with the twohand you take the sword in both hands and points to the target releasing a flow of magic! Because i've seen some nice cast animation replacers but none that make use of the sword/dagger/weapon. I really think that it would be something enjoyable.

  19. Sorry to say this but the combat system of Dark Messiah isn't more trilling or original than vanilla Oblivion. There's roughly some nice animations but overall they are the same as Oblivion. If you need nice power attacks there's Weaponskill Powerattacks replacer 8 special attacks to choose,wich you can alocat to a different powerattack combinations:forward,left,right,fast forward,fast left fast right,immobile etc You also have some one hand and twohand idle stances wich are really nice. Also i recommend Mayus Animation Overhaul,this way you will be the only one to use those powerattacks,no NPC's would use it.
  20. No i din't mean to TES5 to have an online/multiplayer option. Rather like the Final Fantasy games,where you have all the RPG's till 10 and the 11th is a MMo,then FF12,FF13 and so on. Here the same for TES if they will make an Online TES they make it seperate from the main series,they first release TES5 and they use the TES5 material(game engine,time period,gameplay to make a MMo(completly unlinked to the solo game) IF they will make one,thats what i hope. Because like you said playing in communauty is fun to a certain point,once you have your badass gear and have hit the final lvl,you get bored to death! Games like oblivion where you can mod from A to Z have a infinite replay value,and thats whats make great games. DMC series games are like this,even after 10 times you enjoy it because of the kick ass action and cinematics. RPG's like Shadow Heart the same,Mass Effect and ME2,Overlord &Overlord2,Divin Divinity2,Dragon Age. Those are all games that as an enormous replay value,a MMo as a limited replay value,once the newb zone from each races done the rest of the quests are all the same. Oh and speaking of Dragon Age i really hope that in TES5 the ingame cinematics would be like in DAO or ME2. With the possibilty to make your own in the TES5CS with camera angles,special effects,character animations. Don't tell me that it will be difficult because Driver did the same thing...on a PSone...,remember?,after a mission you could edit a video of your ride,with muliple camera angles and such.
  21. I realy hope that TES5 won't be a MMo. If they make a MMo then make it annexe to TES5 but not in place of TES5. The TES community need to mod there game,TES5 need to be mod compatible, or a MMo isn't comptabile with mods like we like to use,mods where you add quests,weapons,armors,companions,city's. Mods where we change city's and mods such as OOO,MMM and FcoM... On 100 people connected 70% will use OOO+additional weapons,armors,spell mods and for those who doesn't use the same mods?,how will it impact the gameplay once online? So no lets hope that if they make a MMo installement of TES they make it out of the game line this way we will have TES5 and TES Online.
  22. There's for male character Slof's Manly stride There's the Float like a Lich for Lich movements and casting animations. And to avoid all the NPC's to have Lich animations you can use Mayus Animatin Overhaul mod,its will enable all the custom animations that you have to be only usable by the player char.
  23. I must say that i don't really get how this thing works. And for what i know its only use is to make helmets more compatible with Argonian and Khajite faces by tweaking the Facegen sliders to fit on the helmet.
  24. There's the Arcane Archery mod that lets your char use magic while shooting arrows. You can be inspired by this mod.
