  1. See this thread, you may be able to workaround it by reducing your "uExterior Cell Buffer=36" to 24 (in Skyrim.ini [General] ). If that works, then I highly recommend you get ENBoost I also recommend you go through the STEP guides. You may find the Troubleshooting section helpful.
  2. I recommend you start with STEP. This guide helped me get a great setup for trying lots of mods.
  3. I see a couple of issues with your mod list. I think you need Fore's New Idles. Follow the directions on that page, maybe its crashing as you add mods that require custom animations for XPMSE. I would put SkyUI near the top of your list because several of your mods require it. And for the same reason I would put Bashed Patch, 0 near the bottom and put XPMSE under that. To be safe I would reinstall XPMSE, with 'replace' if you're using MO. If that doesn't stop ctd's then most likely your skse.ini or enblocal.in need to be tweaked, see Crash Fix ENBoost and the STEP guide for script extender.
  4. You're most welcome. It may be a mod or lots of scripts, possibly, but I think when you're galloping or sprinting you're entering new cells at a fast rate so I would still suspect video needs tweaking. Can't have your horse lollygagging. Turn on your fps display ( think it's NumPad Multiply ) while you're galloping to see your fps is dropping dramatically. If so then you know it's probably not a mod, but you need to look for ways to increase your fps. Since you have an NVidia card step nvidia inspector guide will help some. Also you could tweak up ReservedMemorySizeMb=256 a bit. If you set it too high you risk ctd's but I set mine to 512 with no issues.
  5. In SkyrimPrefs.ini [Display] ; iPresentInterval=0 <-- Should be 1 if you're using enb iPresentInterval=1 And in your enblocal.ini [MEMORY]ExpandSystemMemoryX64=trueReduceSystemMemoryUsage=trueDisableDriverMemoryManager=falseDisablePreloadToVRAM=falseEnableUnsafeMemoryHacks=falseReservedMemorySizeMb=256VideoMemorySizeMb=1920
  6. I think that means you need to check the box by Skeleton Arm fix. If so it will resolve the problem.
  7. Glad you got back in the game. Tannin is a genius. Think I'll endorse MO now.
  8. Yes assuming you're not including esm's in that count. You should merge or disable mods until you have less than 255 plugins altogether (esm + esp) active in your profile. Maybe your skeleton mod is at the bottom of your mod list, which it should be, but got bumped out when you went over 255? If that's not the case, then you need to re-generate animations (GenerateFNISforUsers) or re-install your skeleton.
  9. I would check these settings in ModOrganizer.ini:
  10. Nice artwork on that site. Thanks for linking that. I'm referring to this.
  11. Sounds like you need the Crash fix ENBoost. When you extract that package, look for the enblocal.ini that best fits your video card. You could compare each line to your existing enblocal.ini or just clobber it with the one in the package if you don't patience for tweaking. Sometimes papyrus logs are useful, but usually. If you suspect scripts are causing this, check your skse.ini.
  12. When I first installed enb, I had that whited out screen, too. I recommend a preset that makes the colors nearly the same as vanilla skyrim, like SkyRealism ENB Evolved, which has vanilla as one of many to choose from. I don't know about the vibrant colors without enb. There may be special effects hooked into your enblocal.ini under [proxy].
  13. I say it is the tool's fault, sort of. Try installing BodySlide to a new folder, or reinstall it replacing all the files in the BS mod folder. You can make BodySlide let you choose where to put output files by holding CTRL when you click Build or Batch Build. Still, I think it should put all output in the overwrite folder by default or let you choose where output will go from now on.
  14. I don't see any obvious issues, possibly one of the Realistic Lighting plugins. If that's not it, I have a few suggestions to cover basics. It may be crashing while trying to autosave as you enter the city. Disable auto saves until you fix this. You may fix it with the Unofficial High Resolution Patch without tweaking anything. Get that and place it after HighResTexturePack03 in your mod order. In your skse.ini, try increasing your DefaultHeapInitialAllocMB=1024 and ScrapHeapSizeMB=512. Maybe vram needs tweaking. Get the latest Crash Fix ENBoost . From what Boris recommends for your card:
  15. This package may help you improve fps even more. It's Boris' recommended enblocal.ini configs for most video cards, requires ENBSeries 0.217 or newer.
  16. You wouldn't happened to have been on a rampage recently, maybe a quest binge through several dungeons leaving lots of ash piles and corpses laying around? You can see if it's something like by resting for 24 hours, save the game and check if you save games faster. Yeah, you don't want to remove XPMSE with UNP and FNIS. At best some NPC's will do nothing in a t-pose, more likely everyone's navel will come unscrewed allowing their legs to fall off. Edit: Will now I'm curious so I tested disabling XPMSE from my UNP-FNIS profile. It loads my last save fine after the "bwar-rar! missing plugin!" warning, npc's were standing in t-pose (dang, legs did not fall off). Saved my game, re-enabled XMPSE, load the game and save again. My saves are the same, all three about 10.4 MB in size.
  17. I think it's Data Execution Prevention. See this explanation and this article on Microsoft Technet. I have some experience with implementing DEP on previous versions of Windows (painful, still have nightmares) but not with Windows 10. Maybe DEP needs to be disabled for enbhost.exe. The article above explains how but you may have to travel to the dark side of the geek planet.
  18. " I dunno about that so do you think I should go with "AFT" and disable "EFF"?" The cool thing about Mod Organizer is you can have all of them installed, just recommend don't have them all enabled. I haven't had issues uninstalling any of them and switching as long as I follow the uninstall directions. Which you should use is up to you. Use the one that you have the most fun with. I recommend you try AFT combined with FollowerLivePackage, along with the two compatibility plugins, FLP-Retranslation and FollowerLivePackage-AFT.esp patch which you'll see as an option on the FLP page. "And what is the load order of Netimmerse Override?" Here's part of my UNP profile modlist.txt, showing the important parts for UNP, and where I would place NetImmerse OverRide.
  19. Hello, and welcome. I should say up front that I am not that experienced expert guru guy who can make you happy and keep you from quitting. To be honest I still struggle with my load order, too, because I love trying new mods and tweaking skyrim. Further my advice may cause side effects like birth defects, watery eyes, insomnia, liver problems, hairy ears, blue urine, and your toes may curl and fall off. I can help some until the expert gets here, but no guarantees. I don't see NetImmerse Override which I recommend for XPMSE. I would move XPMSE to the top of this list, which is reverse order so the bottom of the list looking at it in MO. You have both AFT and EFF enabled. I may be wrong, but I think you should disable one of those. Personally I prefer AFT but it's a matter of opinion. If you really want to go overboard with tweaking followers used FollowerLivePackage together with Tweaks and ( with the FLP-AFT plugin ) they work great together and give gobs of settings to control follower behavior. You have high-res texture overhauls with wiz-bangs effects and parallax, enb with RealVision, so be sure to get the latest enboost config from Boris to really make it snap and pop without crashing and loosing toes. Nothing else jumps out at me. My MO profile for UNP looks a lot like yours, only without COT.
  20. If you went off the link I posted above, that's my fault. I'm on Windows 7 and must have included my system in the link somehow. Start clean at www.geforce.com/drivers, select your correct card and operating system to get the right driver.
  21. Enboost may fix that. It's worth a try. But with vanilla textures I think you would set FixParallax*=false. Also check if Object Detail Fade is turned off in Skyrim Launcher, Options, Advanced, View Distance. Think it should be off to fix that but it may impact performance.
  22. Cool, you're making progress. The latest Geforce driver is 362.00, so I think you should update. Uninstall Geforce Experience since it's not working for you and download drivers directly from nvidia.com. Also I think you need to use the STEP Guide for Nvidia Inspector. Besides doing everything in this guide, find a setting named Frame Rate Limiter and set it to just under your monitor refresh rate. For example, my monitor is 60Hz, so I set this to 58 fps.
  23. Maybe you can fix this by re-installing the XPMSE and rerunning GenerateFNISforUsers. XPMSE has to be the highest priority so nothing overwrites it. If that doesn't work--are you using Mod Organizer? If not you really need it. If you have MO post your modlist.txt from your MO Profile folder.
  24. If you haven't already, get these: High resolution Tecture Pack (Free DLC) Unofficial High Resolution Patch (UHRP) If you have enb check that your enblocal.ini has [FIX] FixParallaxBugs=true Btw, after Steam verifies your integrity, it's always a good idea to clean your master files with TES5Edit. Use Gopher's popular tutorial.
  25. See this from Boris. For your system he recommends enblocal.ini look like this Besides that I would add your threads section with DataSync disabled. You shouldn't need it unless you have a ctd at the loading screen. [THREADS]DataSyncMode=0PriorityMode=0EnableUnsafeFixes=false
