I was getting this annoying Error 4 thing as well, but fixed it when I reset Papyrus to default after reading this. -
Using NMM 0.50.1 Legacy (compiled for WINE to run on Linux), Apachii Sky Hair and several other mods all fail to install with an error, which I've attached the screenshot of. How do I fix this error? Or at least work around it?
