I'm not that person XD, but a mod like this need to save a lot of information, extra data in your save game (facegen data) and probably one of the most Script-Intensive mod ever... The alternative is manually edit the npc on CK and save it like any other mod. I repeat I'm not entirely sure, but a mod like this would be difficult to create also to run.

If you wonder, you can't use assets from other games. Anyway you can make them to your own, because is "other" model/object/texture or whatever...,even if look like the same. So asking for this mod its fine ;)

But do you want a Pickaxe to wield as a Battleaxe (2h axe) weapon or just to reduce the animation speed during mining? Because the attack speed and the mining animation are different stuff.

OK,fixed. Was a older tag on the nif file. Extract the files from bsa archive and put on data folder. Everything its fine in the mod, im sure its a conflict with other mod. Run BOSS for conflicts and loading order. If that wasn't the problem try to add binvalidateOlderFiles=1 to your Skyrim.ini
