You should try and place your house someplace where it wont interfere with unique landscapes, open cities, popular mod sites and quests if you plan on uploading it to a site like this one(TES NEXUS). If you add NPC's try and use stock clothes and armors.Read the comments on other house mods-popular and unpopular it will give you a good idea of what people want in your house.I prefer Cobl versions of house mods myself-however I would definitely reccomend that you use "containers" for bookshelves. Try and make your mod companion friendly I relly like Korana's wood cutters cabin(28327), but it can be an annoyance to navigate with a friend in tow. watch how you place clutter-a vase with flowers is pretty on a shelf -if it stays there when you walk by it. Make it obtainable through the completion of a small quest-Have an Wizard on a road near it tell you can have the house if you clear out his "mistakes" He wants to go back to the safety of the arcane university where there are no imps,wolves,goblins and other friends of Kynareth trying to eat him when he wants to go shopping.

I use Roberts for male bodies. I play with HGEC, howver I prefer the D-cup and Medium bottom for my characters. Since most of my characters are warrior and barbarian based I prefer the fighter bodies with Ozmos muscular skin textures.My favorite armors are usuallt the feminine version of Jojjo's full body armors-Morrigan,Morrigan Ice,and Helseth royal gaurd armors-I am currently equipping the Silverlite armors. If I have a charactor that use a light armor I prefer Koranas mod because they are also modelled on my favorite variations of Hgec. I might have used another female body mod if It had been as well supported as Hgec when I quit using Bab. Another reson I prefer Hgec is that most of the good variations of armor and clothing replacers are available as an OMOD. Roberts female bodies are more natural looking, bu I prefer a slightly thinner waistline-I don't like alot of the super huge chest mods that are associated with Hgec, Most women in real life with an H-cup or larger will never have a thin waist betwwen the top and the hips. They also would use support to keep physics from causing painful events from rapidly swinging weapons.

Fighters guild gives you an enchanted levelled weapon, two sets of armor(elven and amelion) and the helm of oreyn bearclaw. Mages guild gives you two sets of enchanted robes an enchanted necklace and a free house and a staff you could have fun with if the enchantment did not wear out so quickly. the Dark Brotherhood gives you alot of unique and useful items-if you do the quests correctly.The Thieves guild gives you a cursed hood that makes the gaurds try to kill you if it is equipped, and a free house. If you have The Thieves Den DLC, or a mod that gives you a fence,it becomes just a cowl and a bedroom.The responsible people will really hate you if you are a theif or assasin, even if you have never been caught.The Infamy should make the Highwaymen,bandits and Marauders fear you! I also get annoyed at being viisited by the Dark Brotherhood after the Mercy killing of the Arena Grand Champion when he loses it because he is a half vampire.I will play the "tears" quest for the reward money and the !00% frost resist potions-@ two thousand gold pieces. The Mazoga the Orc quest would be on my #1 spot if it wasn't for the bounties. The quest I most dislike is the raid on Greyland-a pittance of a bounty and lousy loot I can't remember if it even gives you a point of fame.

I have used a save from 2006 to build most of the charactors I play. She ia a female Nord at level three who is getting ready to leave the temple of the one. Most af the changes I make to her are cosmetic, since-her face and hair are unmodded. If I change her class it will be to replace either blade or blunt with Marksmanship so she can use the mod GunMage. She has not recieved any of the free training available to her at the Arena or Cloud Ruler Temple. She uses Heavy Armor,Blade,Blunt,Conjuration,Destuction,Mercantile and Atheletics. She has enough skill books between her inventory and cloud ruler temple to reach level five without any gold spent on training.I will change her class so I can use Wrye morph, but only after I use one of the skill books in her inventory to hit level four.

I enjoy the small pond with the dock at the end of the black road west of chorral. If I ever make my own house mod I would put a cabin there and try and incorporate a fishing mod into it.

I hate being charged with "murder" every time I execute Celia Draconis during the dark brotherhood questline .I will be using a 100% chameleon spell, be a master sneak, on a roof, at night and I always gain the thousand gold bounty.
