even with all dlcs in my drive, i sometimes play without dlcs. this is slightly sad but for the sake of fixing the problems, I guess this will have to do. Probably going to enable them again and actually play through them.

Enb seems to have an option for floor reflection which is impressive. Would anyone be kind enough to tell me whether it is technically possible for skyrim's engine? P.S: I have seen one mod (water reflection system) that does it, but it seems that it edits the cell to create the effect and it doesn't seem to support actor reflection. I would like to know how that one works, too, if anyone is willing to tell.

your gear looks decent actually and if you are fine with 40 fps you should do ok even with environmental mods and hd texture. For a lore friendly npc texture XCE is strongly recommended, grab some lore-friendly hair retex on the fly. If you are looking for something sexier or better looking for female, UNP and CBBE are some base fem body texture to start with. All of ZZjay's texture or SG texture renewal gives female some really pretty face. Alternatively use better female by bella or coverwomen. For male npc your options is limited, pick better male but careful with the nude texture, or if you just want a better looking char, use genox's male texture or urshi's fine texture for men. Combat rebalance seems like a touchy subject, i've never seen one or had one but there are a bunch of combat overhaul, namely duel or epic combat overhaul. Skyre or requirem works similarly too. Never used any of those,though Animations are falling short, the only thing i recommend is immersive animation+ xmps sleleton which gives you alternative sheath option. If you are feeling lucky, pick up Dual Sheath Redux. For that mod to work takes some effort though.

@Nexus Daddy IE is the base internet tool and on a Windows system a lot of programs actually have IE functionalities embeded to access the internet. This is why you can't unistall IE completely without screwing your system

The water reflection in skyrim is something that I came to notice recently, and absolutely boggles me. Apparently the water only reflects distant lods. I am trying to figure out how to make maybe a mod or some sort of injector to fix it. Any ideas where to start? I am thinking of flagging everything as LOD.
