  1. I've fallen totally in love with RdR2, and many of my small gripes with the game have been solved by other mods, except one....: - I would be very gratefull if someone could reduce the time it takes to cook on a campfire. Especially roasting/seasoning meat. Say by 50% or something (or even better: by an adjustable amount in an ini file or something) Or perhaps if this turns out to be really simple to do myself, someone could explain to me how to do this (I haven't made any mods myself yet though, so I'm a noob in that department). Please let me know if you think you can help out with this. Thanks in advance for your help!
  2. Not sure if this is going to solve your problem, but many of my (infinite) loading problems have been solved by pressing 'alt+enter' while loading to leave fullscreen, and then pressing 'alt+enter' again to restore fullscreen. In my case the game started loading again. Don't know why, but it worked for me.
  3. Hi Xrayy, Thanks for the clarification. As far as I can judge, Vortex is not able to detect texture conflicts when they are packed in .ba2 archives. That's why I'm having trouble figuring out how overriding happens in the case of two ba2's. I suspect all non-overlapping textures of both mods are loaded, except the overlapping textures of Mod A, but I could be wrong, and mod B could completly prevent mod A from loading if overlapping textures are present. It sometimes is just really hard figuring out which textures you are viewing ingame
  4. When I add The Flaconoil 2K part1 .ba2, some white wooden floor and wall textures get a glossy/wet appearence, even when the weather is totally clear outside (I think the textures are a version of 'ResidentialSiding' and 'Woodfloor01'). I encountered this at the Concord church and some other buildings in Concord. Could this be connected to the BGSM files in the 'Main' .ba2 file of the Mod? Anyone else encounter this issue, or knows if it can be resolved?
  5. Thank you for your re Thank you for your reply. I'm pretty sure the last mod in the load order wins. I'm just wondering whether ' winning' in this case means that the .ba2 archive Mod B completely overrides the .ba2 archive of Mod A being used, or just the single overlapping texture? anyone? :)
  6. I have a simple questions about texture modding, but somehow finding the answer has been harder than I expected: - If .ba2 texture mod 'A' and .ba2 texture mod 'B' are largely different, but contain a single overlapping texture, would mod B completely override mod A in the loadorder, or would Vortex (in my case) still also load the textures of mod A, except the single one that overlaps? I suspect Mod managers are smart enough to load textures from both mods (except the single overlapping one from mod A ofcourse), but any confirmation (or denial) of this would be very welcome.
