  1. I've started working on a mod that does this, and it's definitely possible to do. Here is my work in progress. As the vanilla version of this scene doesn't bother me too much, it's hard to tell whether I've done enough to lessen the effect or not. Would love some feedback if possible. https://youtu.be/oGTH3azqxQo
  2. Mr. Fob is indeed still around in the scene, although I can't say for sure if he will be porting MEHEM. Regardless, there are several other modders who will be interested in developing ending mods. No mods can be created until the community modding toolset is released, which won't be for another couple of weeks. Once the toolset is out, it will take several months for content mods to be released. All mods have to be remade from scratch for LE, so it will take some time. Modding guides for ME3Explorer can be found here, all tutorials for ME3Explorer should be relevant for the new toolset.
  3. If you have one of the console command enabler mods installed, you should be able to toggle the vignette with the command "Show Vignette". You will need to enter the command again every time you start the game. Once the modding tools are released I am sure there will be a mod released that provides a more permanent solution
  4. Several people in the community have expressed interest in creating a happy ending mod for Legendary Edition. Unfortunately, the community modding toolset has not been released yet, so no content mods will be able to be made until that happens. The toolset will (hopefully) be released around the end of the month, and I'd expect any ending mod to take at least another month after that to be finished and released.
  5. The tool people have been using to unpack/repack the LE1 and LE2 Coalesced.bin files can be found here: https://github.com/d00telemental/LECoal
  6. You can open TLK files using the ME3Explorer - ME3Tweaks Fork. There is a tool included to convert TLK files into XML and vice versa, so you can edit them with Notepad++.
  7. Legendary Edition will be three separate games unified under a single launcher. Controller support will be built in to all three games on PC.
  8. All existing content mods will have to be re-made from scratch, and the fan-made modding toolset will need to be heavily modified before modding is possible for the Legendary Edition. Unfortunately, there is no way to easily port mods from the Original Trilogy to the Legendary Edition. All content mods work by modifying basegame files, and because the LE will be running on an upgraded version of UE3, these basegame files will need to be re-modified from scratch. We won't know for sure exactly how the game's setup has changed until it comes out. As for modders being contacted by Bioware, anyone contacted will be under an NDA and will not be able to disclose what has been discussed. It's very unlikely that any mods have been integrated into the game. The most likely outcome of these discussions, if anything, would be some systems like DLC loading and cut content being left in the game for modders to use. It's going to take a lot of time for the tools to be updated after LE releases, and even longer for mods to be re-made, but there is great hope for a successful modding community for the Legendary Edition.
