Use the Add from File button to add the zipped files containing your mods. If you deleted them, you're SoL.

If the plugin was inactive the cloaks would be missing, just saying. Were you definitely able to craft cloaks before? I've never seen craftable cloaks in any of the mods I've used before.

Most likely a skeleton. I assume you use XP32. And I'm going to also guess Dual Sheathe Redux is installed. The weapons only appear to be moving slightly into your armour. Unless it's going deeply into you, it's not something you can fix without getting floating weapons in return. That is of course unless you want to download a complex physics mod such as HDT Physics Extension that will more than likely break your game if you don't know what you're doing. EDIT: Noticed the second page of comments. Everything I said still holds true.

Last I checked, Skyrim can only handle up to 200 plugins, and I'm sure have quite a few big mods installed. Of course, nobody can help you without knowing what mods you have. List all mods whether they have a plugin or not.

Can you explain it a little better? Are you using the Install with NMM button on Nexus? Downloading mods from other places will not tell NMM to manage them. You can use the Add from File button to manage mods downloaded from other places, assuming you know where the file went. You probably wont be able to manage any Steam Powered mods. Place a piece of tape on the upper left corner of monitor. Just make sure it isn't transparent or you'll see right through it. This forum is for mod troubleshooting. There's a forum dedicated to mod discussion.

This forum is for when you have issues with mods. The problem with modding isn't usually your system specs (unless you have very little memory). Chances are, if you have problems, it'll be incompatible mods and incorrectly installed mods. If you pay attention to what you're doing, you should be fine.

If these are the only mods you're using, it has to be Deadly Dragons. Did you uninstall any mods you had been using with that character for a while?

The mod clearly has some latent scripts lying around in your save game. I'd bet in a new character you wouldn't have any issues. Either download a save file cleaner, or, if you don't know enough to use one, suck it up and deal with it. There's nothing else you can do to fix scripts left over from old mods.

What mods do you have that run a lot of dynamic scripts? (Aka things can happen randomly) I don't recognize a lot of the mods so I can't really help too much.

Have you tried using BOSS? I notice a lot of mods are out of order. I'm sure Wet and Cold should be higher up. You might want to disable all of your mods and test for the problem you're having by reenabling them until it occurs again. (One time I did this and it fixed the problem without me removing any mods)

Try finding the 5 Ancient Assassins. You just have to go to the map markers an loot their corpses.

I don't understand the problem. CTD means Crash To Desktop. Are you experiencing a crash at the menu or a freeze at the menu? Or is it freezing when you try to load a save? Or are all of these things happening inconsistently?

CWO is very buggy. I had to unistall it because it completely f*#@ed my Valkyrie save (which was created after installing it while using the Unooficial Skyrim Patches).

Is this CBBE or UNP? I use CBBE and occasionally get this bug when I don't install the NeverNude option correctly. (Did you use BodySlide?)

You may have configured something incorrectly. Either that, or it's a scripting error (which means it's likely not ENB).

You said the issues were mostly outdoors, is that still true? If your computer doesn't have much memory (and note that I don't know how CoT handles things), it may be Climates of Tamriel causing freezes and crashes. Open Cities is also a big one. They put gates into the big cities for a reason.

Back like 4 characters ago I briefly had HDT Physics Extension installed to test that one hair mod that animates that one hair style, but I uninstalled it when I decided I didn't want just one animated hair style. I deleted every file that I added to install the mod. I've create quite a few new characters and even more just to test mods. The problem I'm having, sometimes when trying to load a save, Skyrim crashes. Sometimes when it crashes like this, it creates a duplicate of my last save titled hdtPhysicsExtension autosave. This has been happening for quite a while, and I've always known the saves were buggy (probably because I uninstalled HDT Physics Extension). I just accidentally loaded one of these saves without realizing and had all kinds of bugs. What I'd like to know is, are there any files (scripts, logs, anything) that HDT Physics Extension creates that I should've deleted with it? I believe it's responsible for most of the seemingly random crashes I experience, and the saves it occassionally creates are a nuisance.

I finally got player.equipspell to work with the Beast Form power and the bug fixed when I changed back.

I fixed it last night but I couldn't get online to post. I installed some mods that were supposed to work together but they didn't. I didn't think it would be the mods because I wasn't seeing the issue in game until I edited some NPCs.

I'm sure it wont effect NPCs in game, but in the creation kit, lip colour has gone from not rendering to rendering on some NPC's foreheads. I literally changed nothing. Anybody have a suggestion?

I was in Werewolf form and everything appeared normal when I changed back, but later I loaded a Quick Save (created after turning back) and it did the effect it does before you change back, and now I'm stuck in 3rd person view and can't open my spells menu, map, inventory, favourites menu, or character menu. I have Dawnguard installed so it might be related to that. I do have mods, but it seems unrelated to any of them, even Moonlight Tales. Any help would be appreciated. If you can, I'd prefer messages instead of replies because I don't always get notifications for topics I follow.

I just created a brand new character and immediately went to Solsthiem and started the quest. It freezes in the exact same spot. This is either a world issue or a quest issue. Please give me suggestions as to how I can fix it.

I'm sure it's not a mod glitch since I've tried without all of the DB related mods, but my game freezes (no CTD, Black screen, etc.) whenever I approach Fort FrostMoth in Solsthiem. Anybody know a possible reason why? I will be trying on a fresh game soon to see if it's my save. NOTE: Messed up title. Game does not crash, it freezes. EDIT: Fixed a while ago. I disabled all of my mods and slowly reenabled all of them to test which caused the problem, and I somehow got it to work with all of the same mods.
