  1. I don't think it's possible. The Chameleon effect is a membrane shader, which is rendered directly onto the mesh. The transparency effect you mentioned is also a membrane shader. Unfortunately, Oblivion's engine only allows one membrane shader at a time to play on a mesh. That means you can have refraction or transparency, but not both. This particular issue shot down some of the plans I had for my Detect Life Shaders mod.

  4. I don't think there is a mod that does that, but I could make one if you'd like. It might take a while, but it's doable.
  5. If you set ownership of the door to PlayerFaction, you will be able to open it without a key even while it's locked. No one else will be able to open the door unless: 1.) They have the key. 2.) They're part of the PlayerFaction or whatever faction you set the door ownership to. Strange because the NPC's were opening it... If you have the key in your inventory, the door will be unlocked when you go through it and then anyone can open it. If you don't have the key, then only you and those belonging to the owning faction will be able to go through it.

  10. You might have better luck asking around the Voice Acting Guild over at TES Alliance.
  11. Generally, one mod would not cause this, but conflicts with two or more could be the culprit. Post your load order so we can see where the problem might be.
  12. We'll need more information before we can help. Some helpful information would be: What textures are you using (i.e. from what mod)? Post a link so we can look at it ourselves. Where did you install the textures? Are you using Windows Vista/Windows 7? If so, do you have Oblivion installed in the default directory (i.e. C:/Program Files/Bethesda Softworks/Oblivion)?
  13. The Tamriel Worldspace Creature Pack at TES Alliance has a creature called a Wulvryn that looks a lot like that.
  14. It sounds like you have a mod that changes the backwards running animation. Post your full load order so we can see if that's the case.

  18. That will be a fun battle. Cool. I'll add those in. Thanks! :D I'm thinking about giving them a spell that will do Fire, Frost and Shock damage all at once (leveled, of course :laugh: ). If I do, I'll give them Touch and Target versions. And they should probably have some resistance to those elements as well (perhaps 20%). Any other strengths/weaknesses you think they should have?
  19. Enemy it is. Will all 5 be at Dragonclaw Rock, or spread around a bit? Respawn they will. Will do. Most Alchemy ingredients have four effects accessible at different Alchemy skill levels. I'll make Damage Health the Novice effect and Damage Magicka the Apprentice effect. What about Journeyman and Expert effects? Damage Fatigue & Silence, maybe? Chaos Atronach? I like it! So shall it be named.
  20. I can make it scale with the Player easily enough and putting it at Dragonclaw Rock shouldn't be a problem. Would this be an enemy or companion creature? If enemy: Would you... like retextured Frost Salts to be dropped by it? If so, what Alchemy effects would you like? like it to re-spawn? like it to be guarding something? If so, what should it be guarding? If companion: Would you... like it to be a CM companion? (Would be easy to make, but would require the CM Companion .esm to work) like it to be essential or re-spawn?
  21. It's currently just a texture file that I was playing around with. I can make an .esp with it, but I'd still need to add it to the game world. Where would you like for it to show up and at what level?

  23. At one point, there was a Zero Suit Samus mod on Nexus, but that seems to have been taken down. The only other Metroid mod I know of is this one.
  24. Falanu Hlaalu. She has the same issue as Thamriel. Falanu is very clearly a female Dunmer, yet multiple NPCs refer to her as "he" or "him". My thinking is that Falanu is a male Dunmer trapped in a female body because one of Ancotar's experiments went wrong. Again.
