  1. Ah, my former post might be a bit confusing: of course the .inis you will enter the lines for using mods into will be newly build ones, not the ones you did just delete. The game builds new .inis automatically while it applies the settings according to your system.
  2. I did have the same problem yesterday. Just delete the Fallout4.ini and the Fallout4Prefs.ini under Dokuments\users\<username>\My Games\Fallout4, restart the game, it will then tell you, that it applies the settings according to your system. Exit the startmenu afterwards, enter the necessary lines for using mods into the aforementioned .inis and start the game again. It solved the problem for me. I hope, you have the same luck.

If Your NPCs are mute than in a non-english game this is normally not caused by OBSE but by mods that change race names ('Better races by XY' or such). For example, in the german version the Redguards are called Rothwardonen, and as such they are referred to in the soundfiles etc. If You install an english mod, it will rename Rothwardonen back to Redguards while the game is still looking for a soundfile named Rothwardonen - but can't find it. The same goes for any other race (in the german version except the Nords, since they are called Nords too). Or the other way around: If You use a version with english race names and install a non-english mod, that changes race names, Your NPCs might get mute too. So You need to look, if this happend to Your files too, sometimes one even doesn't realize, that one installed a mod, that changed race names. If so, You might be lucky, if Your game's german, because above's a fix for You then. If not You might look, if there's a voice fix for Your language or otherwise try to rename the soundfiles manually, which might or might not work.

I think the missing esm. is your main problem. But you might have other problems too. Hope you can repair your game, but I wouldn't be too optimistic. Even if it's just the missing Hearthfire esm. that gives you those troubles, it might already have gotten beyond your savegames. Ach, try it anyway. Good luck once more!
  5. Well, as I said, I'm no real expert, I can only give you some more or less qualified guesses. And after I learned using mods by meddling around a lot, and learning the hard way, and your Python log mentions really often missing files (I only quoted 4 lines, but there were far more, also lots of lines about scripts no longer containing something) I really could imagine, that there *might* be a connection. Maybe the engine is looking for something that you cleaned out or for something with Bash Tags that you changed (the current Wrye Bash versions apply the Bash Tags automatically btw), I couldn't say that this is impossible. I agree that using UNP clothes on CBBE wouldn't crash your game. I would expect some clipping issues as I encountered them in FO3, but this would only add to an already existing mess. More problematic might be the UNPB armor. As far as I know does it need a special 'breast bone', which could be the explanation for lines like this: [05/18/2013 - 08:37:34PM] error: Property PsiSkeleton1 on script PsiNecroQuestRitExpert attached to PsiNecroQuest (E9001D8F) cannot be bound because (E9000D65) is not the right type<br /> About the incompatibility of XFL and UFO: Maybe those mods worked together - for some time. Some issues build up over time. You don't realize anything until it's really messed up. I wouldn't reject this idea too much. Especially since both mods do almost the same things. And the sandboxing, which both provide - isn't it done by scripts? I don't really know, but I would suppose so. And one thing I *do* know: Never mess with scripts! Even worse is, that you use a mod that seems to need an esm. you didn't install. This is usually a game breaking error. Is it the Hearthfire dlc? Well, this adds certain new objects to the game. I don't know which, I never played it, I only know about fillable bottles and some ingredients. If the corpses have such things on them a ctd would be the thing to expect when looting. But didn't TES5edit give you an error warning when you loaded your files for the merged patch? It usually stops loading and says something like 'tries to load xy, can't be found. Error, missing master'. A missing Hearthfire esm. might explain also the CTDs near bigger cities, maybe you came across the grounds where the houses could be constructed? Just a guess, but anyway... And shalikran's patch is btw 13E. OK, he says ' Version is just to make it seem newer, it's still really v13D.', but I mentioned this only to make my point clear: take some care for your game, read everything, make some hard decision concerning which mod to leave out,... especially when your pc isn't such a powerful machine. Just my 2 ct. Good look anyway.

Just a little hint: If you ever deactivate all mods at once, have a bunch of other mods that have been inactive and you can't remember which are which, just start BOSS GUI, click 'View BOSS Log', which is the button right at the bottom, and voila - you got a list of all the mods that had currently been set as active.

Well, I'm really no expert and I don't know some of the mods you use (Immersive Brigands, Immersive Factions), but the ones that I *do* know, such as Immersive Travelers, - Patrols, - Creatures etc. add lots of new NPCs to the game. Such things tend to make the game quite unstable. Especially when you use >200 plugins. That's one thing. The next thing: You are using CBBE but use armors and clothes for UNP and even UNPB? This might not crash your game but you will at least get *some* issues. On second thought might a UNPB armor cause *real* problems. Then: I don't know exactly what caused it, but obviously some files got missing from your game, when you cleaned mods that you shouldn't or when you meddled around with the Bash Tags or which way ever. A missing esm. dude? Damn, that's *really* bad! Did you disable it? Did you even install it? Anyway, this is an absolute game crasher. If I was you I'd delete all mods, reinstall Skyrim and start once again. This time with less mods, less NPCs, more care for what I did, more attention for the readmes (did you e.g. know, that XFL and UFO are not compatible? Your BOSS log says so) and maybe shalikran's patch for JaySus Swords (http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/26230//?) or only with Immersive Weapons (which adds quite an amount of new weapons). Well, I wish you good luck anyway.

This is quite common, especially if you're using hair mods like Apachii or eye mods like Covereyes etc. One way to get around this problem would be to accept just the first character that appears in the character menu and to change it later inside the dungeon via 'Showracemenu', but this might CTD too. If you don't have too much mods loaded you might on the other hand use either e.g. the 'Start as...' mod http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27847/? or the 'Showracemenu pre cache killer', especially if you're thinking about changing your char's appearance after a while http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/33526/? or this RaceMenu (which is great) together with the pre cache killer that you will find in the same download section under optional files http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/29624//?   9. Same problem here. I'm using BOSS only, and when I try to run BOSS it downloads Skyrim Masterlist for >30 secs, which is odd on its own right, and when this is done it doesn't recognize anything, not even update.esm or dawnguard.esm.   10. Hi! I wouldn't ask if I had the understanding to do this for myself (or forget about it if it was impossible) but is it possible to do a mod that would keep reading books or have lessons by trainers having impact on leveling up? To make it clear: I like to improve skills by reading books or being trained for money, I just don't like the impact on the levels this might have, since I tend to read every book and take any lesson I can find and got the strong impression, that about 5 of my actual 32 levels result out of this behaviour. And btw: Would it be possible to make this mod also stop activities like trading and crafting having impact on levelling up? Or to say it straight: was it possible to do a mod for only levelling up by doing combat, sneaking, pickpocketing and such like, and would someone be willing to do such a mod? I would really appreciate this. Thanks for your time and please forgive my bad English
