  1. Summerset Isle is sadly causing the long load times for me as well. It also has around 600 script files, so removing it will be a really really tedious task. (I didn't use Nexus mod manager to instal, because of its poor handling of huge mod installations). Damn it. It looked like such a great mod, but I just cant be bothered to wait 15 minutes to laod up skyrim and my saves.
  2. I'll have to check my new game out this weekend. So far so good. I'm just hoping it was a one time quirck. I've remoded and reinstalled skyrim over 15 times in these past years. All the time modding it, cleaning, ensurign everything usually took me about 4-6 days. But seems no matter how careful, something always comes up to fook up the game. I'll report back if my skyrim will give me a hard time again. (Would actually like to finish the game at least once lel)
  3. Yeap, I started a new game again. Played for around 40 minutes. I hope I'll be able to laod that save when I get back home. Seeing that you managed to play up to 100 hours gives me hope, but the amoutn of saves made would be normous I suppose and skyrim is known to corrupt saves after some kind of save number reached. At least it constantly happened to me in my previous playthroughs. After I saved around 250-270 times my latest save got corrupted, so that's another issue. If I get a ctd, i'll try your solution of laoding an earlier save and then loading the latest one(at least that's what it is as I understood it). As you said, the laoding times are ridiculously long(that doesn't bother me much tho). And I crashed in interior upon loading in the tavern.
  4. Aw cmon' people. Anyone ? At least tell me if it's normal that the save file size is that big upon game start ? And if there's anyway to lower it? What are the repercusions once it becoems much much bigger ?
  5. Hello, I'm having a problem again (no surprise here). I've installed quite a few script mods and other stuff. The game is - laggy in some places as expected, but I was never one to be bothered by some stutter as long as it goes away. But the problems are a few as of now: When I start a new game, my save file is already at 10mb size. After around an hour playing, it's 12mb size. I was just wandering aimlessly in a bunch of houses, stealing s#*! with my 4 followers and BAM. CTD. Ok, no biggie - I think to myself, I'll just reload a save I made at the tavern. I load it, and upon completion of the loading process...BAM. CTD. Ok this is ridiculous I think to myself. What could be the problem so early in game? Save already corrupted ? I start up save game cleaner found on nexus: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/52363/? I check my save which is a bit over 12mb(wtf) and it says I have around 8000 script files(bsa's included), yet only four scripts are running at that time. Is this enough to make a save unload-able ? Any help would be appreciated. If you require my mod list or the like, please inform me. I am at work now, so I obviously can't copy paste it at the moment, but when I get home I can do that. I used: Tes5edit to clean mods Tes5edit to merge armor/weapon esp's(works flawlesly) Wrye bash to create a bashed patch (had to add some relev tags to some esp's) LOOT to sort all of that crap out No errors in loot, couple of warnings/messages about one mod requiring something and such Wrye bash has some "orange" esp', but that's just cause they are telling me that dragonborn plugin must be BEFORE dawngard. If I replace their positions, then other esp's would become orange, so I just ignore this. I also use Dual sheath redux/Fnis I also use Wintermyst Use ENBoost SKSE 1,0,7 something alpha Highalgoboost Gamebooster Ramcleaner hmm Not sure if I missed something else apart from the mod list. None of my used mods are as old and not updated as 2012 except for maybe one or two weapon mods. Most of the mods are 2013-2015 updated. I turned off papyrus logging to reduce script lag. Most notable script mods that I use is iNeed Wet and Cold Frostfall Vilja a couple of other follower mods Warzones 2015 I guess my questions are: 1. can a save game be corrupted THIS early ? 2. Is 10 mb save game files size at the start of a new game considered something awful ? (I imagine if I were lucky enough to continue on with my saves it would reach epic size proportions) 3. Are 4 scripts running on load game enough to make it CTD ? 4. What should I do ? I am very hesitant to remove Wet and Col and Frostfall. I could do without iNeed if push comes to shove, since even setting lowest hunger/fatigue/thirst settings my characters seems to be a food devouring blob and the followers empty their inventories of drink and foot each 10 minutes, despite me giving them 10 bottles of ale/20 foodstuff items etc. So that mod seems a bit broken, but I used it over Realistic Needs and Diseases since it's lighter and updated. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance and sorry for the wall of text. Kind regards.
  6. I Installed a mod that changes her face and it works. I put it just below live another life and bashed patch, so it's basically last in my laord order.
  7. I settled on AFT, it does what UFO does, at least I think so, haven;t had much time to test more thoroughly. It's not as bad as I expected so I think I'll stay with that mod so long as it won't break my already fragile skyrim with around 400 mods (love the plugin merge script <3)
  8. The problem is - Groovtamas XP skeleton. YOu have to actually scale the weapon to the back in the racemenu now, i think. I went back to the old Xp skeleton just cause of that as I've no idea how to do that. Also it bugs out the Kate Selene follower among others. Bottom line is, I don't use HDT so I don't need it. IF you don't use HDT as well I suggest going back to the older version.
  9. Huh, finally got time to try it out. Thanks for answering me. I removed UFO and put in AFt along with follower compatibility. Will try it out right now. Thanks again for the support and the help guys.
  10. No, I cannot create my own follower management mod, cause I have no knowledge how to do even the simplest of modding making in skyrim. I'm looking for the least script intenisve mods, because I don't have that good of a video card and I already use Wet and Cold, Frostfall, Ineed and other script based mods on top of that. So the simpler the mod the better it is for me. I'm not sure about the clash, but I saw a comment at page one of the comment section in the mod page and the person said that AFT ruins Wintermyst enchantment system somehow. I didn't understand that fully, but if it clashes then I don't want to use that mod. If there is no better alternative though, other than using UFO I might try it out as a last resort. Then you should not bash some of the most popular follower management mods as "buggy and outdated". Look at all the games made by paid (read professional) TEAMS of developers. And those charge money for their games and are those always 100% bug free? Seriously, some bugs are to be expected. You are not sure about the clash but one person said it ruins Wintermyst. So it must be true. So many users who can barely install a mod with NMM post on various mod file pages how mod X ruined something, caused them CTD or destroyed their savegame. When the reality is those people have no idea what they are doing and thus have conflicts in their load order et altera. I use AFT and I use Wintermyst. Everything's perfectly fine. DUYF may be an option for you. btw. your video card does not run scripts. Saying the truth (in this case that the mod is outdated and has bugs) is not bashing. That is the problem with UFO, it IS outdated. Last uploaded file on 2012(?). Numerous bugs reported. Thanks for reasurring that AFT won't make my skyrim explode, but does it actually have the option I need? If scripts are not dependant on my vid card then on what ? My ram? Got 1gb of video card ram and 8 gb of virtual ram if that's right. My game still lags from the script overload already. That's not the point tho. What is DUYF??
  11. Can you pinpoint this option for me ? What do I need to choose in the Follower "circle" menu?
  12. I will try AFT as a last resort. I know that I really can't stay with UFO with the way it's working at the moment, but so far it is the only mod that has the feature I need. Thanks for the suggestions and info. I didn't knew that EFF fooks up the artificial intelligence. Gonna get rid of it for sure.

  14. That's exactly what I need.. I need to access my follower's default inventory, not jsut heir weapons, but most importantly their armours, the ones they carry with them from the start, so I can take them. If FLP can do that function then I'll gladly use that mod. I will try it out nonetheless, thanks.
