Looking at you load order i notice a few things i suggest redoing your entire load order following the skyrim step guide looks like a modlist from a couple years back here are a few things i have noticed 1) the separate patches (unsupported) instead of the legendary patch 2) no Unofficial high resolution patch 3) i would remove touring carrages , repalce with better fast travel 4) warzones <--- big problem there if you want long lasting saves, newer version is better than version i tried but eventually it will break your save 5) replace all jk's seperate mods with jk's skyrim (remove any other mods that effect towns and cities like dawnof) 6) remove all jaxonz's mods, replace with jaxonz's utilities, then get jaxonz's smart looter continued (needed to overwrite the scripts in one mod in utilities package 7) you have realistic waters 2 and pure waters ( i suggest realistic waters 2 only) 8)bandit patrols, immersive patrols (suggest only immersive patrols) 9) you have no tes5 edit patch (only needed for perkus maximus-remove lvled items bash patch takes care of that), bash patch, pama patches (falskaar-wyrmtooth), or have even run patchus maximus 10) and finally you are using a real old version of frostfall (i don't use to script heavy, and makes exploring almost impossible), new version has the camping cut out of it and is required master for frostfall 3 ( i do use this its my mod that includes the brawl bug patch)

get the xp32 skeleleton enhanced (move it below your current skeleton in MO mod list and disable/delete the other skeleton) it comes with the xp32 animations already and a MCM menu that allows you to position you stuff how you want it (note if your using weapon sling unequip the sling or the sling will not allow the skeleton to move the weapon it effects) after this delete your DSR Output folder and FNIS Output folder (and make sure overwrite is clean), and run your dual sheath redux patch (may have to add as executable in MO) after its finished r-click on overwrite select create mod , name it DSR Output and activate make sure the dual sheath redux patch.esp is below your bashed patch.esp next run fnis for users (may need to add as executable) after it is finished create mod like above name it FNIS Output and activate it. Now load your game wait a minute or so for the mcm menu to load. once you get the 1 new mcm menu found message. go to your mcm menu scroll down to xp32 enhanced choose styles pick what you want. wait a couple second in game weapons should go where you want them to be and as for your question no DSR will only show your active weapons ... tho some backpack mods can show hatchets, waterskins, knifes, on the backpack this is just decorative. maybe a armor mod could have a dagger in boot or along back. -

I have tried all that you have listed ... must say rs children is the way too go today. the others were alright years ago. 1) RS Children has clothing addon - i am not useing atm 2) playable children addon- even some vampire children races 3) Has a separate xp32 enhanced skeleton that does not overwrite adult skeletons (mostly for playable addon) 4) Compatibility patch for non essential children 5) Compatible with multiple adoption hearthfire 6) has a uslep patch 5) also this is big and not sure if i read this correctly adds 2 new adoptable children (so if i am wrong sorry-but at least the mod makes them look better) babette (for vampire couples out there) and Aventuis Aretino.

You removed convenient horses without doing it properly? you did not stop the quest also i would do an extra step run the "clean save" thro save cleaner Uninstallation (for making a clean save when upgrading see troubleshooting section below): Open console and type (StopQuest CH) to release all running scripts. Make sure you DO NOT do this while factions are being updated or any other mod actions are in the process. Save the game to a new slot. All previous saves made with the mod active are considered to be dirty saves and are not safe to be used with any newer versions of this mod released in the future. Uninstall the mod

this is probally to late but there is a edit you may have done in the .xml that causes the mod to not append item types at the end in the weapons.xml <weapon_settings> <appendTypeToName>true</appendTypeToName>if you have that set to false you will not see weapon types after running patchus maximus. Do yourself a favor use and learn Mod organizer. its much easier than NMM, this is coming from a person who has been moding games before any managers were out and had to do things manually (eg. Morrowind) and quite often messed stuff up . My output for nmm was c:games/nexes mod manager/"game"/mods folder yours could be in a different place as its is changeable in NMM.

Totally guessing :p I use jk skyrim , but not notice board as they both edit the towns/cites. they probably both edit the navmeshs. what you could do is put noticeboard above jk cause people will get stuck in the towns without that navmesh. and just hope they don't get stuck on the noticeboard or... just remove the noticeboard mod use the vanilla way of getting bounty quests. I know what i would do with your modlist i would probably merge allot of that stuff (but then again i am happy with vanilla armor and amidianborn re-textures ):P , remove run for your life and when vampires attack,replace with immersive citizens ai overhaul, I personly disable the enhanced blood esp's and load bsa for textures thro MO (but keep it as you don't have anything else that has the brawls bug patch included), dance of death is old new mod is call voilens or something like that, and you have some mods that IMO do so little that they DO NOT deserve a esp slot or there very own slot.

1) remove everything best to start with a clean slate.. re-download game from steam 2) go here http://wiki.step-project.com/STEP:2.2.9.2 3) I would suggest no enb just enboost, get enhanced blood textures but move esp into optional (make sure .bsa is cheaked in archives) , ignore footsteps mod, dyndolod not really needed, 4) suggest adding campfire and hunterborn + patch, Ineed (step survival pack-except frostfall) 5)make a new profile in MO before adding your own mods and be careful about what you add eg check when it was updated. and some types of mods you should only have one type like -follower frameworks ufo, eff, and aft (suggest aft) -only get a couple of follower mods (especially if scripted) -only one overhaul of the following types perks (kinda advanced), vampire, werewolf. -don't get every hair/eyes mod choose only a couple (suggest kh hairstyles- for hdt physics hair) -only one body type for male and female (suggest uunp type with hdt physics for female) - one skeleton (suggest xp32 extended for hdt physics) - racemenu only as it includes the precache killer ( so no advanced character edit) -races I don't suggest any races - rschildren overhaul to replace the ugly vanilla children - only a couple of houses try to spread them out a bit i use this guys buildable houses and the one in raven rock http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/users/6942439/?tb=mods&pUp=1 -other that a few utilities like jazonz utilities and the fixed smartlooter package (needed if your gonna use it), wearable lanterns realistic nights or foxes darker night and dungeons for a more enblike night and dungeon (good luck playing at night :P), revenge of the enemies and animal tweaks if you want a challenge, and a few flavor mods you should be set -afterwards bash patch, run fnis, and dual sheath patch. -
get rid of enb turn your brightness all the way down and add a lighting mod like enhanced lighting for enb-lite (does not require a enb) ..if you want pitch darkness like a enb will give you try mike fox's darker nights and dungeons (zero performance hit but good luck seeing anything) ... or climates of tamreil for slightly brighter nights.. i am using realistic nights at the moment with just alters the vanilla darkness and makes it slightly darker but still playable (with zero performance hit since its just a edit) IMO enb's are overrated and reduce your performance i only use enboost, and are unrealistic i have been out at the country/woods at night you can still see better than any enb that i have tried lets you ( i play woodelf mostly so i find that extremely annoying). use the extra fps to enjoy the game without the unrealistic bloom, and the annoying dof. if you still want a enb you have to set it up correctly make the proper edits to your skyrim.ini's, force the proper things in your graphics driver, and don't copy paste other peoples settings into your enblocal.ini and make sure your enb will support your lighting mod. as the lighting mod is IMO more important than the enb . read this page http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50214/? also note if your useing values above 768 in skse.ini ExpandSystemMemoryX64= must be false if useing ssme instead (not needed with skse anymore) any value above 512 above must be false

Unless you have other followers i would also remove and follower overhaul mod you have (disband any follower you may have before) resave and run save cleaner to remove the scripts then re-enable them and reload game. also if i remember correctly vilja needs to go either before or after any follower overhaul. -
try with the unofficial legendary edition patch (as long as you have all dlc), and the high resolution patch if using the texture packs, allot of people have problems with beginning of game and use a alternate start mod but imo that is just a band aid and does not help in the long run.

Purple textures bug after some time (Modded Skyrim)

even with 4gb vram stick with the 1k textures. I have had the purple looking thing when i needed to re-texture perma's ash bow it was a missing mesh in my case after renaming the mesh (so the texture could apply itself) it was gone.I have used this years ago "killer keos skimpy armor" i would remove it as it was unoptimized and low quality and broke my immersion (was using frostfall at the time). i suggest getting amideanborn weapons and armor there highly optimized at 1k and the other you also have remodeled armor one or both of these together has to be the cause of your problem... or just simply no bash patch, also you seem to be running fnis and dsr did you patch them and load them after the bash patch (and repatch them when you add new animation (fnis) armor or weapons (dsr)). -

"tab over" ? use your mouse ! you can use arrow keys on sliders (after selecting them) too there are a couple patches you can get but you would need to learn to use mod organizer or nexus mod manager like skyrim script extender, skyui, Unofficial skyrim legendary edition patch and the Unofficial High resolution patch, racemenu thats basically the bare bones, but considered necessary mods to start out with.

you cannot remove perma without starting a new game... you could remove perma your bash patch, tes5 patch fnis output and dsr output and regenerate all that except the tes5 patch as its unneeded without perma and start a new game. so your saying there is no items with (short/longbow) at the end of the name or the skill tree does not have shortbows and longbows perks ? cause the perks for cross bow are in middle short and longbow along sides. note that new version of perma if the weapon type is already in name it does not for example say " longbow (longbow) ". not sure about the crossbow upgrade kit (not sure how you got that on a new character anyways nudge nudge :tongue: ) might be perk locked (ranged or smithing) , dlc crafting area only locked, quest locked, or not implemented.

were is your bash patch it should be above the fnis.esp 5 5 [JmV]LTTF.esm should be below masters and were is skyui i might have missed it those are a couple things i noticed did you try to merge the mcm mods together if so don't :P http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/57795/? is what your looking for

things it could be save could be broken 1) get save cleaner .. to check for orphan scripts type in # in search bar those are orphaned scripts click the button to remove them and resave game now try to load save that you cleaned.. running out of memory 2) things like the skse.ini memory patch, or tweaking the memory area of enblocal.ini can help with this http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/50214/? but if you added mods with 2k textures downgrade to 1k and i would suggest even on a good rig not going over 1k unless you have a very minimal load order. removeing a enb and just going with enboost could fix it especially if your enb is not set up properly 3)too many textures loading there is a possible fix for this it involves using the console command coc something sorry gonna have to google but if thats the problem you have to many high res textures and it will most likely keep happening -
in skyrimpref.ini make sure this line is there edit if it is add if not and make sure its a 1 not a 0 [interface] bShowCompass=1 may also have downloaded immersive hud but since its only the compass disappearing i am guessing you did not add that mod
