  1. I'm not sure what to set the uInterior/uExterior cell buffer to in Fallout_Default.ini. It's currently at 3 and 36, respectively. I have 4GB of RAM. Also, if anyone has any other tips for making the game perform better, please let me know. Thanks
  2. I did try that, thank you. But I can't look around in game without a mouse, and also can't assign the attack feature to the trigger.
  3. I have a Mad Catz Xbox 360 controller which I use to play Fallout New Vegas and other games. I'd like to use it with Morrowind, but I can't get the triggers or right thumbstick (look around) functions to work. I've tried using both Xpadder and ControlMK/JoyToKey, but neither work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
  4. Sorry to resurrect this old thread, but I'm having a problem with these instructions. I can't use the 'look around' feature (right thumbstick). I am using the regular Morrowind control file, though I think I'll try Morrowblivion.

  7. Is it possible to use a Mad Catz game pad (xbox 360) to play New Vegas on the PC? http://www.radioshack.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3559239# If so, could you show me how?
  8. We really can't help you if you're using the pirated version. You might want to look out for the annual Steam summer sale - FNV might be cheaper then.
  9. Sounds like your version of NVSE is not compatible with whichever update you have installed. Steam should just update you to whatever is latest.

  11. I recently made a mod that is a shotgun with a silencer attached to it. I wanted to use the Remington 11-87 sound from Ahztek's mod, but it doesn't seem to work. I added it in GECK, but when I try it out in game, I hear nothing.
  12. Thanks. I did try it out just using NifSkope. I just have one issue: Is there a way I can see the entire model in color in NifSkope? It's hard to tell if the silencer fits properly when everything is white.
  13. I put the shotgun and silencer (from 12.7mm pistol) together in blender, then exported the .nif. Could I have just done that in Nifskope?

  15. I can't figure out how to even get the values to be similar. Nifskope is very annoying to work with.
  16. New Vegas Bounties is pretty good for sniping.
  17. A picture of the .nif in NifSkope is attached. I definitely placed the non-static version into the world.
  18. I figured it out. I just had to go to "Static" then "Weapons", then make a new model using my mesh. But now I'm having a bigger problem. I can't pick up the gun after putting it into the game. All I can do is stare at it, there's no option to acquire it.
  19. I recently made a hunting shotgun with a silencer in blender. I went to add it into the game using GECK, but I didn't know what to fill in for "1st Person Model Object". Is there a way that I can insert a custom 1st person model so that it appears in the list?

  22. Hey, sorry for bumping this old thread. I'm having an annoying problem with the .exe file that's supposed to install the scripts. I double click it, then it tells me to install Blender. I do it, then try the .exe again. It tells me to install blender AGAIN. This never stops. I also tried the .zip version, but could not get anywhere with that.
  23. I thought it would be cool to have an Anton Chigurh-like character, from the movie "No Country for Old Men". I already have the shotgun from azhtek's Shrapnel mod.
