gratz on E-7 Tiber! now i'm kinda jealous.. i know your same rank as me..but i LEFT at gunny.. your still in lol.. your gonna leave a damn master sergeant and i'll still be E-7 lol. btw i did a little bit more research on what happened if i went back.. it seems i'm in a program for an entire year that selects inactive soldiers to deployment.. so i've been out since last september,,meaning i gotta wait until next september to see if they pick me to go back..i'll just do that.i miss being in but i really don't wanna go back to the front and i just know with my luck that's where i'd end up. I also would only join again to pick up a trade i haven't learned yet and then apply it into the civi world.. if there are ppl reading this that want to join the military but have no idea what they want to do.. pick something that easily translates into the civilian life. there are many things that can keep you in the military and broke in the civi world. but the military holds alot of trades that you can perfect in the service and then land a awesome job as a civi. i got the default... i was in the military and became a cop.. which is fun but just like the military i am not making good money. i'd like to go back to learn a trade that makes me at least decent cash. Was thinking of switching my MOS from 5811b(MP) to 6092(Aircraft Structure Mechanic). it's a huge change but it's familiar territory. i used to weld and fit. lot of measuring,math,heat,more math,more heat etc.. AND welding pays 20 bucks an hour opposed to my 15.50 an hour as a cop. being an aircraft tech means more than welding..that i know,but i also know there is tons of cash in it for me and i think i'd enjoy it...that or i could sell my body on the streets....(lol)

During my 2nd tour in iraq, we had to deal with ridding of about 130 or so dead bodies that had been sitting in the heat for over a few weeks. they made us wear NEST suits and claimed that the dead bodies may have produced an airborne virus which would explain why the neighboring towns were puking their guts out. truly one of the scariest things to do that didn't involve combat. One of my worst fears is a massive virus wiping us all out.. and usually it's not as simple as just killing us... there is the cough,throat itch..serious sinus,skin decay, muscle and bone decay(ouch) gooification etc etc.. it is never something as simple as a few coughs and dropping over dead.. gotta love gods sense of humor.. he's a real funny guy lol

Yeh. i called a recruiter bout an hour ago to ask if they'd demote me if i re-upped and he figured i'd keep same rank but since i've toured 4 times they'd keep me in the states training recruits in one of the MCRD's..and if there is one thing i hate that is more boring than playing the sand version of tic-tac-toe in iraq,is watching recruits PT all day. THEN AGAIN..even if they are talking to their own kind... marine recruiters lie their ass-es off a good %95 of the time.. either way it's that or the frontline

@ jaysus I almost exploded in laughter when you accused the CIA of forming a terrorist group..from that one comment alone i can tell you've never served a day in your life against a terrorist group/ i can tell you from personal experience that the CIA did not found any terrorist orginazation. blaming major problems on the united states government is common though,as they do make alot of trouble for themselves. Also..you said there was not an investigation activated for 911.. i dunno where you got your intelligence but they lied to you. months BEFORE 911 even occured there were investigations.. and there are so many things going on behind the curtain that prevent potential terrorist attacks on america every single day. this one happened to slip through our fingers. Lastly,for an engineer you sure ignored an important feature of the fall of the twin towers. your right, the impact of commercial aircraft could not possibly topple the towers,but the burning jet fuel is plenty hot enough to melt the exterior rails,then in a domino effect sent the rails twisting to the ground. I also saw that you reffered to the united states government as qoute "your" unqoute government.. guess your not american then?.. you know i have enough trouble trying to explain my own countries ignorrance, 2 at a time hurts the brain. If there is one thing i know from debates like this one, is nobody will change anyones mind.. i am still going to preach the praises of america and your still going to call the american government the bad guy. @ Jaysus Ok.. so your one of the ppl that think 911 was a big conspiracy.. that could start an entire different debate but my fingers are not ready for that much typing lol.. Lets say though.. just for poo-s and giggles that the afghan land sent the planes into our buildings.. and lets say for more giggles we did nothing.. what makes you think they would not send another plane into a more strategic target.. or any target for that matter.. it's like a middle school bully.. he takes your lunch money once,you quietly apply tissue to your bloody nose and go back to band class.. or this bully tries to take your money and you apply your right foot to his left nut.. i doubt he will try that again,at least not with you. This may not be the case with all soldiers but i vouch for my unit and the others i have served with when i say we have no choice but to kill the targets we've been ordered to kill. not following an order in combat can end in treason and death for your entire fireteam. out of 5 years of tour i can say i regret many ppl that had to die by me and my units hands,but like the millions of others that joined know.. this is our job,this is what we get paid to do,and when we put in our resume to join and it's accepted.. we cannot simply leave, or make our own rules.. when we join we give up that freedom. it's sad but it's the damn truth. if you want to rant about the officers that sit on their golden toilets issuing the orders then i'll pull up a seat and maybe even throw out a couple stories as most officers i've met were right out of grad school and had no idea what they were doing. i have respect for few officers. a major here and there. most generals have steel behind their words,but the rookie silver bar Lt's are just "accidental"..friendly fire...but every damn enlisted deserves your respect.. from cooks to janitors,riflemen to engineers. we do what we do because we are told to. think about it for a second. this is not wal-mart.. this is a united states government job. we mess up, everyone feels the consequence.

Not a damn clue bud.. i'd say reinstall the GECK but i don't think i'd even ever do that lol. I am also patched to the lastest version of Fallout. If this is happening with every plugin then i have no clue,but if it's one in particular,there is your prime suspect. maybe the plugin itself is corrupt.

I create and use containers on a daily basis so i'll just give you a simple instruction. it's extremely easy. Go ahead and load the GECK up. when everything is loaded type "Locker" in the object list filter then go to the bottom of the object list and click on the "All" category. the first item that should show up in your itemlist (unless you altered this previously) is DClawFootlocker01. Right click and press the edit option. a box will apear showing all the data on that locker. to the left will be the name,ID clutter info etc,to the right will be the lockers inventory(which is what your looking for) you can right click inside the inventory box and click "new" for new items. the rest is self explanatory. use the object tab in the box to select which item you want;to the right of that is the tab for count,which you can choose how many of that item you want in the locker. The NPC and Faction tabs decide if the locker is owned by a certain npc or entire faction such as the enclave. I usually create a new ID and give it a new name so the locker can be unique and will not change the original setting of the locker but instead create your own personal one but that parts up to you. I can remember more than one contractor from each tour being completely liberal and anti war or to the heart a "soldier hater" It's always funny to watch them quickly turn into "soldier lovers" when all of a sudden bullets are penetrating the wall and you start to remember the sound of mortar incoming. Now i can reason with anti-war. in my eyes every soldier with a brain in his/her head should be anti-war. sure it is our job,but i don't think many of us sit down in our bed anticipating the day we can stay in a warzone for more years than they told you that you were going too. Many americans truly hate their government and the soldiers serving it.. these ppl hate us for killing other ppl,starting wars and just all around hating on things in general lol.. they don't realize that they are hating the same way.. Those of us that have killed did it because we had to. kids,mothers,fathers,small house pets (lol) yes but they were all equally trying to kill us. would you rather reason with the 13 year old throwing grenades at your unit? trust me when your in the situation your brain works differently. Starting wars?...- I'm sorry but i am pretty sure crashing a commercial aircraft into the twin towers is not a form of invitation to a tea party.(Afghan) Sure bush made a ass of himself and gave democrats an actuall reason to fuss when he invaded iraq.. he was kickin ass in the afghan land and got ahead of himself. Many say even now.. "well we started the iraq war so if our soldiers die there, they deserve it".. NOT TRUE.. your american.. regardless of what decision your leaders make you should be backing the soldiers %100 of the time. we do what we are told too,even though we may not agree with it. I served 7 years Marines. One tour afghanistan, 2 iraq. i can honestly say that i enjoyed most of it. alot of the times it was just my unit waiting to be rescued by the army..ALOT,Though i got to learn many things,see many things,and do many things that help me get a better civilian job. Afghanistan tour was not fun. it was my first deployment and i was stuck on street patrol for a year which is basically the worst patrol you can get. there are these roadside explosives called IED's "Improvised explosive device" which is an easy as hell to make bomb..(a coke can, a fuse..and a sharp piece of metal basically) and these things were hidden all over the dammned landscape. every second we'd be stopping patrol for garbage in the middle of the road hoping it didn't explode in our faces..and if we didn't stop and got careless.. we got dead. that doesn"t sum the entire tour up but it's the worst thing i can think of doing. Iraq was worse lol.. it's a little more busy on the iraqi front than the afghan so i found myself doing alot more. i don't really like to talk about it that much so i will sum it up in 4 words.. i got shot twice.. lol after the 2nd time i got hit i suddenly had a change of heart on wanting to be in the corps. luckily for me my time was almost up and went home not to long after. Only 3 weeks later i am back but i re-upped so it's my own damn fault anyway lol. Next time i served was all over the coast of iraq. had a ton more to do as i signed up with this military orginazation known as blackwater. it's ran by vets and current military. only reason i joined is you actually get a decent paycheck doing things you did in the past but for for for crap pay(never join the military for money) I'm 24 so least i still got my youth and a nice civi job as a city cop. i am still breathing and the things i have learned from the service will keep me alive for years to come..hopefully.. So..what i am saying basically is.. i'd choose the Marines...lol :yes:

happened to me many times to..fixed for me when i run as administrator.. right click and run as admin. should work better. Also when i close the program it still freezes up. As long as you save the plugin you won't lose any data when it does freeze. i usually have to restart my laptop
