Tytanis and Skyrim More Monsters conflicting?

Maybe it's just me but the two don't seem to like each other no matter what I do, has anyone else experienced any issues? When I run the more monsters mod and Tytanis, I get an instant CTD upon load, but when I run either of them, it's fine. I've gotten rid of all other mods for the sake of testing and they just do NOT like each other, at all :/
