Husk looks like a maybe interesting random pick. Thanks for sharing. Keep modding. And a bit off subject, but Hollow Knight was my pick for GOTY 2017 for those who haven't played it yet.

Github would be a good option for a community sourcecode upload.

Dear Gamers and Modders, Just letting you know we got a Kickstarter going on for Embroidermodder2 finally. We are going to need all the support we can get. https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/redteam316/embroidermodder-2-for-windows-mac-linux-pi-and-ard What is the program for you may ask...? It is for making designs and stuff that can be embroidered on just about any fabric. It is the first real decent open-source embroidery software that handles many formats that would meet standard business/artists needs. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Comparison_of_embroidery_software I have played around importing a few of the formats in Blender(svg/dxf atm), it can be possible for anyone now to stitch/"RenderStitch(used build modifier for my initial test)" a design with some basic skills and a machine(or you could take it to a local embroidery shop). Nina Paley already used the software for cool animations! Wouldn't it be cool to have embroidered apparel for your characters in your favorite games! Rugs/Tapestries/whatever! The program aims to make the designer clothing side of the industry affordable and introducable for not only a small fry just starting a business, it also applies to shops that already exist as it provides open tools easily customizable to meet the jobs special purpose needs. So what we need is for the project to succeed by being funded and custom clothing design will then be finally open to the masses and so everyone can profit from it in many different types of applications. Real-life or game clothing/texture design/your imagination is the limit. There are many other neat rewards to consider also for your pledge. The campaign is going on until April 20th(Easter), so I encourage everyone interested in cheaper quality tools and clothes/etc to pledge what you can. Lets help these guys out. Thanks. - Metallicow

As well as most of you know... Wrye Bash Development happens mainly on the official forums. http://forums.bethsoft.com/forum/25-oblivion-mods/ If you can't find the official topic just search for "Wrye Bash" Note: I won't be responding much to this topic here as this is a development thing, so go to the official dev thread for responses requiring interested contestants. What this thread is about is Wrye Bash 300 and future RELz(Releases). We as Wrye Bash Developers want the community to shape the images that wrye bash uses as not only, but maybe limited to... Splash Screens(should meet 800x600 req), Seamless Textures(any size), Launcher Frame Images(think Skyrim Launcher...)(should meet 800x600 req), Other images for other things(Ex: REQz)(surprise us...). Note that the images submitted must be original and compliant with GPL2 standards of distribution(Main Wrye Bash License). So for example: Some form of Creative Commons License that is universally distributable and MODdifiable is an acceptable form of license will use. Image Authors will be credited for images if used and meets contest criteria in the official readme. Please feel free to post extra thoughts and ideas also... Thanks for considering... In short, it doesn't meat the old functionality and ease of use. 1. The screen real estate just got chopped in half or better. 19" monitors or smaller would not notice this much. The old design makes use of all screen real estate. A lot longer pages with more buttons also that require extra clicks to access features that were on top before, thus wearing a mouse without hyper scrolling out much faster. 2. White on orange contrast is not a very good choice as it would be easier read if the lettering was a darker or deep color, such as maybe black or deep teal on orange. 3. So much for asking users why they did not like a file and negatively endorsed. There is actually legit bugs for users of millions of mods and other reasons why stuff isn't someones cup of tea. So much for progress...especially if the author might be willing to change something also. Another idea never realized. 4. Offering 'new' version of the old design would make transitioning for dislikers a lot more easier. TESAlliance has advanced('New') and 'Basic'(olderish) views. Why cannot nexus offer something similar for users that don't want change quite yet or maybe even ever. Ex: If it works and isn't broke, don't fix it. USB3 is still compatible with 2 and 1.1. 5. I don't like the fact that the new icons on a pages notebook dividers do not have a easily read text option as before. 6. It is possible to place a house on jacks while the new foundation is being poured underneath of it. I've did it once, and we moved the location of the house about 150 feet. Same great house as before, a bit improved and slightly moved with a better new foundation to expand upon. On the plus side, I see a few minor improvements in the list(they were not UI related), but not enough for such a radical change at the present time. Forcing change always results in difference of opinions and is also a source of innovation, but showing or letting users find something on their own at their own pace is a sense of wonder and seeking new features that might be enjoyed by many. That is my constructive criticism on the matter. I hope that the new site can accommodate for old style also. Good luck.

Nope, read the real papers. Blues... what is blue about it. Blue is a color. Sign of the times. Most people would call me a lair, if I said I own a 1929 willis 'wippit' band spanking new sitting in a building I own. BTW I own the building also. Funny there where only so many of them made. And it has wooden spokes. laugh out loud. I find liar to be a fighting word. Most tactful foes would at least say "I handled the truth rather carelessly" Play nice now. I own a printing press also. And know how to operate it. LOL Nevermind the answer, get back to the subject of the thread at hand. The question wasn't really meant to be answered. It was for *cough* others to seek knowledge about the subject(why this thread keeps rolling on...)

Jeff Beck, next. While that is correct, he was not the first. 1 point for Dante 2 points for who can tell me was the first. google probably won't help ya here. Hint: Yes, it was a musician.

I've already asked Mr. Hammonds about it, and he replied that he didn't know at the time. Well, I might as well ask any and everyone about... what they know about triggers, how to make them, and if manipulation in nifskope is necessary if they can be done at all at the present time? I need info, please!

Good to hear that your back into it..(always nice to have mods to enhance games). Did you end up out of pocket after that site was shut down?...like one would think that they would have to pay for your expenses/costs incurred if found guilty....like it wouldn't seem fair otherwise and would deter other modders defending their rights as well as somewhat "encouraging" other sites to be "ignorant". TC. Yes i ended up out of pocket for it. For the main reason i wasn't charging to release the mods and neither were they, so i didn't feel it would be right. However i did it because i believed in the end their theift of peoples mods was wrong, and seeing how about 15 people had asked them to remove their mods, the owner wouldn't do it and made some rather childish remarks on his forums, also banning those who asked for them to be removed. So in the end, on the cash side of things, no it wasn't worth it. But on the moral side of things, it put a big smile on mine and several other modders faces and felt pretty damn good lol. It's funny how the "law" doesn't acknowledge this type of situation when there's no money exchanged, when the site owner obviously valued the "mods" in question to some extent ....even as just an "attraction". And yet the site is found guilty, shut down, and you're the one out of pocket on account of the site being at fault. It never ceases to amaze me that the "law" can't acknowledge that there indeed was "an exchange of money" in order for you to achieve your goal, and have the site involved reimburse you ......but that's the way it is. Anyway I think the modding community is lucky to have you and other people like you. TC. I agree on that, it's odd isn't it? But then again Americas laws get more and more twisted and screwed up as the years go by. I find it rather amusing that someone tried to steal the Mona Lisa. I think they found him with all his fingers broken, and his back was pretty stressed. Art is no joke, folks. In this case, .dds textures is the art. People make a living doing it. Look at Bethesda. If I took your wallet, would that piss you off? I think it would. Pop quiz: What person had his fingers insured for a million dollars a piece? Hint: It wasn't the guy who got all his fingers broke.

RE: GMOD.com July 7th, 2011 10:00AM It seems to be pretty piss - poor. Can't even upload a mod. Excuse my language. That is how it is. The site makes you run around 16 times just to say "YES" this is what I want. Then don't let you.... From a developers stand point... what would the user want....? Nice apology. But I think you need to focus on Implementation. Still F- actually you added a minus. F--
