I recently installed a bunch of mods, then went ahead and grabbed all the unofficial patches. That's great and all, but now when I load a new game; it says: "You have an old Unofficial Skyrim Patch! This will break your game!!" then it stops responding. I have the lastest version from the Nexus.. I'm not sure what's going on.. Have you tried clicking on the Stormcloak future Jarl and disabling and re-enabling him? If that doesn't work, I have no idea my friend, it worked for me. And you mentioned the old Jarl is still there? Maybe talk to Ulfric and see if you 100% completed it?

Also, when you're saving the file, check the bottom bar with the file type. It should tell you if it's bsa or the special "Elder Scrolls File" or whatever it is labled.

Hey! So, when you save and export the file, it should automatically be a .bsa or .esp file. Have you placed down your follower in the cell view, and done all of the needed steps? 1. If the file is not automatically becoming .bsa or .esp, your creation kit is having problems, and I suggest you consult the wiki. 2. If you are able to get it working again, I suggest you put the file in a winrar "package" as this is fast and efficient, and one of the few choices of accepted files on the nexus mods page. There is already a console command for this. The only downside with this is that ALL hud is removed until you undo it. This includes the "inventory" and the spells tab.

You can already play neutral without mods, as stated above. This would be an immersion mod more than anything however.
