  2. Hello Nexus! Longtime user, but infrequent poster. Today I change that. I've recently become interested in modding for Skyrim and I have a couple of neat ideas, but I'm not exactly sure where to start. I've looked at some basic tutorials, but nothing encompassing specifically what I'm looking to do. I would appreciate it if someone was able to show me in the right direction if I listed my ideas, so thanks in advance for your time. For me personally, Dragons seem a bit underwhelming in Skyrim. They don't have quite the same impression on the world as they deserve, so I had a few ideas on how to improve them. First and foremost, I want to add a staggering AOE to multiple actions the dragons perform that don't include them already. Actions such as taking off, low passes when flying, and hovering above ground should emulate the amount of air their wings are pushing towards any actors that are present on the surface. Second, as it stands in Vanilla Skyrim currently, almost all NPCs attack Dragons on sight, regardless if they are prepared to do so. I'd like to give Dragons a weak passive fear aura, something that would affect normal townsfolk, traders, or anyone else that would make more sense to flee than fight. This would add a much needed level of immersion in Dragon battles that Vanilla Skyrim lacks. To anyone who finished reading this wall of text, thank you again for your time. Hopefully one of you will be able to point me in the right direction.
  3. Depends what you mean by "crash"- do you mean the game crashes to desktop on startup, or do you mean that the game freezes when you attempt to activate the shaders? Be aware that when OBGE is initially activating all the shaders, it does appear that the game has frozen, and it will sit for 30- 60 seconds whilst it sorts itself out. I actually realized this after trying it a few times, so I apologize for the noobiness earlier. However, I do have a new question about OBGE that I've put in the first post. Thanks!
  4. I recently installed the OBGEv2 mod, yet for some reason, the support plugin causes my game to crash. Anyone know the reason why? Okay, new question. How do I actually activate the shaders I want in-game? The support plugin only allows you to tweak them.

I'm using BSA Commander to browse through the voice files for the NPCs/Races and I was wondering if anyone knew the specific file name for "STOP RIGHT THERE CRIMINAL SCUM! ..." and "THEN PAY WITH YOUR BLOOD!" so I could save myself time searching for them. That or, if anyone knows another BSA browser that has sorting capabilities, please let me know. Thanks in advance!

  7. I seem to be experiencing some trouble with BananaSplit's Better Cities. I am seeing multiple objects advertising that meshes/textures are missing. However, I ran through some of the common problems such as sorting out my load order with BOSS but it didn't have any affect. I've also tried re-installing the resources file too, but that didn't seem to help either. Has anyone here experienced a problem similar to this?
  8. Ah, i hadn't realized it, but I still had Python 2.5 on my computer. Uninstalled it and Wyre Bash works fine. Thanks!
