  1. Also, in your Fallout4Custom.ini [saveGame] iAutoSaveCount=25 That should help some.
  2. 0.65.2 Just today receiving Login Error: Cannot reach the Nexus login server. Either your firewall is blocking NMM or the login server is down. 205 mods download in the last 14 days so I'm thinking my firewall isn't the issue. Anyone else having trouble?
  3. We'll drink, and drink, and drink, and drink, and drink, and drink and fight! Hey! We'll drink, and drink, and drink, and drink, and drink, and drink and fight! Hey! And if I see a pretty girl, I'll sleep with her tonight! yes We'll drink, and drink, and drink, and drink, and drink, and drink and fight!
  4. Did you figure out what was causing this problem. I have a very similar build and started getting this issue. I wish I could remember what I installed. I ended up getting the survival settings mod and made everything a bed, not the ideal workaround.
  5. Find your Fallout.ini, this is under C:\Users\{your user name}\Documents\my games\FalloutNV Right click on the file and make sure that you turn off "Read Only". Then try applying the archive invalidation again.
  6. In response to post #9060134. #9062076, #9063310 are all replies on the same post. The one thing I have receive confirmation regarding Steam is a family plan. Basically, once implemented, I can allow members of my family to play my games on their steam account. This is great for me since I have 3 steam accounts (my two boys and myself). They are constantly logging into my steam account to play a game they don't have, which leaves me locked out of steam. Now that won't be an issue. I assume that I'll be locked out of a game when they borrow it, but I'll still be on steam and be able to play something else. How this works for friends I don't know (they did say family - perhaps same IP address), but that's just a guess. In any case, back to membership fees. I think you guys are very reasonable. I work for a company that does billions of electronic transactions every week, and bandwidth is our #1 expense in IT, will our server infrastructure and three backup sites being #2.
  7. I have a fantastic broadband connection. The best I ever had in my life (45MB down 3.5MB up). You know what, it still sucks to have a patch applied even when you have auto-patching turned OFF. Now I can't play with half my mods because of this crap. I feel you pain, and I have no problems getting the update. I don't want the damn update (yet). They rammed it down my throat. I don't own this game, I just borrow it from the dickheads that rent it to me. You're not alone. We're all in this boat together. It's a bad way of distributing software, period. *cheers and good luck!*
  8. Wow. That was one hell of a rant. Agreed with the steam auto updating even though I have auto updates turned off. I too have Windows 7, but I have had nothing but good experiences with it over Vista. It takes 12% less system resources to run it on my system, it's stable as hell, all my peripherals work plug and play, every game I have works flawlessly (at least as good if not better then Vista). But I will say that Windows 7 stability seems to be tied directly into the hardware. I'm overclocking too... Anyway, why oh why did my game auto update? That's a torch and pitchfork offense! I so hate steam for that.
  9. Every save of mine will no longer load. I have removed the archiveinvalidatedinvalidate! file, I've reload cache (to revert the ini files to standard). Crash on load. Every, single, save. This last patch sucks. Just wanted to let you know that your not alone. Load Order:
  10. Did that, didn't work for me, but altering .bsa loading sequence in Fallout_Default.ini did: SArchiveList=Fallout - Meshes.bsa, Fallout - Voices1.bsa, Fallout - Sound.bsa, Fallout - Misc.bsa, ArchiveInvalidationInvalidated!.bsa, Fallout - Textures.bsa, Fallout - Textures2.bsa Got this from here: http://www.gamespot....5902&pid=959559 but careful, .bsa names are wrong in that forum thread. This is the solution that worked like a charm for me. Very happy now.
  11. Thanks, and glad to hear it! The .txt file wouldn't have worked anyways from what I'm to understand though. Oh well! This was probably much easier! Much, the txt file works but it would have been a pain in the arse. I only did about 3 mods with it and confirmed that they work. This is way better. :) I had it troubleshooted to the point where I knew it was the archiveInvalidateInvalidated file that was causing the crash, but I didn't take it any further then that. Should have tried the load order. Thanks again!
  12. Going to try this right now. I've been busy making a very large archiveinvalidate.txt file. LOL! EDIT: WORKS! Thanks man, kudos to you!
  13. Outch. As a person responsible putting together and managing the operations of large corporate web sites, I can only but understand, and feel your pain. Hope this blows over soon. Great web site by the way. I'll be back to check in a few hours.
  14. The mod: The Librarian - Orion's Gate http://www.fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10779 The Issue: When trying to download any of the files associated with this mod using the premium server Denver, USA, Premium Members Only the following error is given: This file is currently in the process of being transferred over to the server. Please try again in an hour. This error has been given for the past three days (that I know of). Selecting the Kent Premium server works fine. Selecting the Dallas or Seattle non-premium servers also works fine. Selecting the Maidenhead, UK non-premium server tosses up repeating SQL errors. *cheers*
  15. I am running both MHO and your mod at the moment without any problems. Have not seen any issues at all so far. The house size does block off one walkway you've created, and the basement cuts through a walkway and 2 houses (currently unused) beneath it.
