  1. Hello, I got a similar message when I updated Vortex. The solution is simple, however. 1. Click on the message to see which plugins are causing the issue. My message looked like the following... 2. Go to the plugins tab and change the category of the offending plugins to default. Well, default worked for me. I presume there may be other ways to resolve this. See the steps in the next picture to see where you would change the values. 1. click on PLUGINS 2. double-click on offending plugin identified in your error message 3. change group to default I hope that helps you! ~Steven
  2. Thank you, MysteriousGuy. That will work for the time being.
  3. I love Vortex and appreciate all your hard work! Is there a way to open the Nexus mod site for a mod you have installed from the mods screen in Vortex? I am guessing that you have the necessary information because you can search for updates. Thanks, Steven
  4. Thank you, Tannin42 for the insight and reply. Thank you, Zenthius. I tried your suggestion and that worked for me. I no longer get the error message.
  5. Hello, First off, love Vortex! I am using the beta version and I started getting the cyclic rules notice immediately after updating to the latest Vortex. When I click "More" it states that loot is reporting this cyclic rules issue, however, when I run Loot manually I don't get any message like that. I have checked my rules and I don't have any manual rules related to the offending mods states in the error message. I saw another post from a user and they stated they fixed their issue by removing a userlist.yaml file. However, I don't have that file, but I do have manual rules. The game runs just fine in spite of this but I am not sure what to do to get this message to go away. You will note in my screen pics that I have had these mods for some time and only started getting this issue after the update. Thanks in advance for your time! ~Steven
  6. Thank you, Tannin. That empowered me to find the problem; My NMM virtualInstall folder contained old mods and was not in sync with the mods in the NMM mod folder. I don't know how that happened, but that was it. **Edit** I took care of the NMM corruption and have since used the import from NMM in Vortex. It worked flawlessly. Thanks again for pointing me in the right direction.
  7. First off I am impressed with the design and work on this project. Excellent job! I currently have 51 mods in NMM. I recently uninstalled NMM, removed all my mods and started over. i previously had 130+ mods. I also upgraded NMM to 0.64.1 from github. I have installed Vortex and wanted to import the 51 mods I currently have in NMM. When I press the import from NMM button it displays the correct instance of NMM (only one is displayed.) The file location listed is correct and the 51 mods are located in that file location. So, I press Setup. On the next screen it lists many mods that are not in the current instance of NMM. I am not sure where it is getting the information about those mods, but it is certainly not from my current install of NMM. i don't know if this is a bug and I fully understand most folks have not upgraded their NMM and purged old mods. So mine may be a rather rare circumstance. In any case, is there a place I can look to see where it is getting the list of old mods? Thanks for your time.
  8. I wish I had the solution, but just wanted to state that I have the same issue that you do. I have also tried console commands to no avail. I noticed that the setstage doesn't change the player.sqs tgleadership output either. I have also tried setobjectivecomplete and that does not work. Checking the prior quests (just to make sure the special quests didn't bork) revealed that all the special quests finished properly (according to player.sqs). So anyway, I am in the same boat that you are. I will keep searching too and let you know if I find anything.
