I love the bandolier - bags and pouches mod by Dragten here on the nexus. I'd like to see a similar mod that adds pauldrons from different armor sets as stand-alone equipable additions to the game. That's pretty much it.

I don't know if you found it or not, but there is a mod on the nexus that fixes this. I've been using it for a while and it works great. Just in case you haven't caught it, here's a link: http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/20926 I've been on the lookout for mods that remotely resemble the elite knight armor from dark souls and I found this while randomly searching... I have no idea whether or not this file has ever been uploaded anywhere, but I love it. I'd be very grateful if someone could shed some light on this mod.

I don't get it and I probably never will. The mods are free to us all in more ways than one and the mod authors have even put in countless hours of their own time to do requests from people they don't even know. I was never into Slof's work but she can do what I can't, so respect is due. People are so ungrateful. Anyways, I agree that there is serious disequilibrium between male and female mods regarding this type of content. But to be fair, some female-only armors are outstanding (like the eisen platte, bloodwitch, and imperial investigator sets) in that they are so diverse in comparison to one another. Male armors don't have this diversity IMO. I really hope you find what you're looking for though, I know the feeling.

I was messing around with the telekinesis spell by carrying around a bunch of skulls and just flinging them at random enemies for fun when I got this idea- I think it would be cool to see a spell where the caster throws a skull at an ememy and then it explodes. It could just be an altered fireball spell that looks like a skull or it could be an enchantable skull that you throw at an enemy using telekinesis. You could make the skulls at the atronach forge or at a normal forge with a human skull and some fire salts or something, maybe even troll skulls if you're good enough with magic, I dunno. Just thought it would be a really cool idea if someone had some extra time on their hands!

A fairly simple request, I would like to see someone rig the dragonscale helmet into a closed face helmet. There's a mod here on the nexus for a closed face elven helmet, done by JayMercer I think, and it does exactly what I'm looking for with this request.

I've been playing Dark Souls way too much and I'm completely in love with the armor styles. I've read that there is an issue with the way Skyrim binds torso and leg armor while DS combines feet and leg armor. I don't know how much time it would take to discover a fix and I wouldn't request anything that took too much time. Regardless, a knight set similar to the elite knight armor from DS is what I am requesting here. A great picture of the set can be viewed here: http://darksoulswiki.wikispaces.com/Elite+Knight+Set Most importantly, it's the actual knight style helmet I'm hoping for: http://3dlenta.com/en/catalog.html?page=shop.product_details&flypage=flypage.tpl&product_id=468&category_id=17 I'm still trying to get the hang of modding myself, but nifskope (and every tutorial I've come across) makes my head feel like a pretzel.

I would love to see gear and weapons from Dark Souls in Skyrim, especially the armor. I hope that someone manages to overcome the leg-feet combo equip issue, I'm absolutely in love with the knight armor from both Dark Souls and Demon Souls. I check the nexus everyday with hope and the armor I have now just doesn't give me that real knight feeling.

I was wondering if it would be possible to create a playable race of fire geckos complete with animations and fire breathing abilities. Adding perks that would increase the strength of the fire breath or anything gecko specific would also be a huge plus. If no one has time for this, maybe someone could aid me in finding information to do it myself. Thanks in advance for anyone that provides any help.

Oblivion Vvardenfell Imports Request
oOlaquerheadOo replied to oOlaquerheadOo's topic in Fallout New Vegas's Mod Ideas
Ok, I didn't realize. I appreciate the info, thanks. -
I've been experimenting with modding ever since Oblivion was released but I lost my temper with Blender and Nifskope. I've checked out plenty of tutorials but I can't seem to get the .nif scripts installed right. All this effort was for one set of armor from the Oblivion mod Vvardenfell Imports, the steel armor to be exact. I've included a picture as a reference just in case. If someone could convert this into FNV I would be forever grateful. Edit: Wouldn't even need to add it to the game world, I could do that myself. As long as the armor is compatible, I'm happy.

I have to agree there, this mod sounds like a call for a modding wizard. It would be one hell of a mod, though. You'd have to balance it a little more than just relying on melee skill (which doesn't make alotta sense to me, anyone can thrust a weapon stock) like using your weapon this way should damage it more than firing normally.

Teddy army, Killer teddys (fun mods)
oOlaquerheadOo replied to Jmyers's topic in Fallout 3's Mod Ideas
It reminds me of Conker's Bad Fur Day back on the N64 and the remake on the 360 some years back. The Teddyz, I think. They dressed like teddy bear Nazi soldiers and waged war on the squirrel alliance. The original version had them all stitched up like a mascot for a bad nu metal band or something while the remake had them looking like psychotic stuffed animals tactically dressed for war. Good times. -
I don't know how difficult this would be for F3, but a new set of h2h animations for all of us that try to play through every game swinging our fists like bruce lee would be awesome. I loved what Seph did with TES4 but F3 seems alot different as they really dumbed down the base system for h2h in comparison. If anyone knows of a similar mod I'd love to check it out, otherwise the wait for someone to knock this mod out would be more than worth it.

How many of you see H2H in RPGs as a good thing? Taking into thought Lore compatibility, of course. Also, what do you think of vanilla animations in both Oblivion and Fallout 3? I personally hate the lack of effort in animation for H2H, even though it seems like Bethesda has been trying to make it more of a choice in their games with perks and weapons centered around H2H. Tell me how you guys feel about this!

I was wondering if there was a hand to hand animation replacer out there for fallout 3 as I've searched for hours and found nothing on this site. I'm looking for anything that makes H2H more entertaining, like those created for Oblivion by Sinkpoints or Seph. I know it's not the easiest thing to do or the most popular. There aren't many RPGs out there with adequate effort put into H2H animation and growth. This makes little sense to me as Bethesda has been doing more and more to make H2H play a bigger role in their games with perks and weapons, yet all it really takes is better animation. I admired the way the animations in Oblivion evolved with your character's levels, something like that for Fallout 3 would have been great! I know I can't be the only person that wants this mod, so maybe there's one out there just waiting for me to find it. Any feedback on this topic is extremely helpful! Also, any help or advice on how I would go about making such a mod myself would be double helpful!

Basically a few requests from me for certain armors. I've been downloading mods for a while and have been doing a few of my own, although I'm far from good at it. I've tried to come up with these armors on my own with no success: - Samus Aran's armor from Metroid - Just about any of the Heavy armor (male) from Mass Effect - Realistic IOTV or IBA-like armor used by modern military - Helghan armor from Killzone - Armor/gear from Metal Gear Solid (PS1) - Hunter armor from Hellgate: London - WWI & II gear and Fatigues I figured I should leave these to someone that has talent in modding as I would really love to see any of these done with effort. I'm not completely sure how difficult these would be as I don't have the knowlege or talent to pull off some of the simplest ideas. Any feedback on these requests would be seriously appreciated.
