  1. I'm having the same problem where I can't use the hourglass, neither dropping it or using it does anything, though using it does create a little dot in the top left corner for a couple seconds I think. . .
  2. I was planning on making a zombie full conversion mod for fallout 3, and I have been planning for a while, and I just started to think about how I was going to make turning into a zombie work, since I don't really want a system that makes everything turn into a zombie( AKA whenever a zombie attacks anyone they have no chance of survival) or a system that makes nobody turn into a zombie ( AKA there is a one in 1000 chance that some one could possibly have a chance of turning into a zombie). I was planning on making this system around radiation, but then I realized, that npcs don't have working radiation, so I posted this topic because I wanted to know if there was any way to make npcs take radiation or some workaround that would have the same effect. So if there is any way to make an npc have radiation or something that could do something similar, please reply.
  3. Yeah I had this problem, and I searched forever to figure out what it was, and no one else had the problem. I don't know if it's happening to me anymore, 'cause I cleaned my fallout and haven't tried to do the main quest again yet, but to get past there I had to use that console to get outside and do this; I honestly don't know why I didn't just use the console to get into the citadel, but oh well. I then messed around with the console for a couple of hours to get the main quest line to the point where it should be. In other words, you're life is pretty much ruined from what I know, especially if you are running it on a console. :P Good luck trying to find a less horrible game ruining way of fixing the problem, if that is what you try to do. I have absolutely no clue what causes it and as far as I know we are the only two people it ever happened to. . . Hope you play on pc and know how to use the console well! Sorry I couldn't actually help!
  4. Well, I know how to use Maya just for 3d modeling, but I have no clue how to make models for fallout 3 and there really aren't any tutorials for making things for fallout 3/Oblivion in Maya out there. . . : /
