setav has a bad habit of undoing itself on any non-skill value from personal experience. Try removing everything that's giving you Fortify Shouts so that getav tells you its 1 then use: player.modav shoutrecoverymult -1 It's what I did and it's working for me, hope it works for you. :happy: It's a good thing I forget to use shouts or this would be extremely OP. :whistling:

It's a story inside an Elder Scrolls game which intentionally obscure and confuse its own timeline and mythology. :tongue: That said maybe the Cyrodiilic vampires had an offshoot that started taking over Skyrim after that book was written (being able to fool vampire hunters would give you the edge). The vampires we do have though are impervious to cold at stage 4 (or 2 if a Nord). Hysteria could well extend the immunity to cold to power over cold, Destruction/Illusion mage vampires certainly wouldn't help. All vampires should have Waterbreathing if they're meant to be dead though. I'm content with the vampires, they could definitely be improved though.

I know of three mods that let you create Nightingale armour: More Craftables < A mod I use Craftable Unenchanted Unique Armors and Weapons <I don't use this one due to incompatabilities with the above Tytanis - The Ultimate Mod - Crafts - Spells - Items - MORE Not sure if Tytanis by itself gives the ability to make unenchantable Nightingale as I use the first mod along with it.
