well i practically need quests some ai help and someone who can do general scripting or even a skilled scripter.the enivronment in which this is going to take place is the N.W of skingrad in the ?jerall? mountains. i can create all that is said, buldings caves ect

Hello there yep i had this exact same problem. its your computer which causes it. the problem is your graphics card and mabye even your soundcard are not up to date with oblivion. i suggest either tryin oblivion on a new pc or laptop or either install new drivers from your manufactioner where you bought it from or buy a new graphics card. :biggrin:

sorry m8 its the only way to make it happen. unfortunatly there isnt a command for the console to make the weather change unless you reinstall so it can re-add any lost data. unless you can texture model and script a new sky lol

ah this problem happened to me save as you said nowhere told me how to fix it. altho i found that if you uninstall ur game and make a backup of your data files just re-install the game and there you should have it :D if that doesnt work its probably your save. also i found that if you go to the options and change some settings like turnin shadows off and turnin the water detail to low it helps. :thanks:

This staircase is just a vanilla. I think Bethesda added this as just a little treat for players who find it. obviously intended for higher level players to find because Bethesda thought that people who just start wouldntr kno that its there because you usually play the quests first and then explore right? well i guess this is just Bethesdas little fun game. plus they added it for high players as you say it contains Random items? yes? well as you progress level the chances of finding a mysterious object in there are quite high am i right? Bethesda are just probably having fun and this is part of no quest or side quest. Nice find tho

lol m8 if u rly want it and all other midas spells just open the command console nd type psb it gives u all the spells even your mods which u havent required spells for psb gives u them
