  1. I see you must be new to the game. The level cap is 20 in the original Fallout 3 with no Broken Steel. If you get Broken Steel, it'll increase it to 30 and with more perks. You can also get the Level 99 cap Mod.
  2. So, I walk near Bigtown and other wild places, and then I get the crackly audio and it stays like that until I end the game and restart it. Can anyone Help me with this?
  3. Like Fonger said, you can use the console to get him. Like here is his: prid 000307c7 moveto player
  4. Have you ever used the "Auto Sorter" Feature in FOMM? I had the same problem, and I used it and it worked.
  5. Each time you reinstall Fallout 3, you need to get the new patch.
  6. Tip: If you can't find the text in the .ini, if you use notepad, just go to "Edit", then "Find" and paste the thing in and you'll find it.
  7. Hmm, may require FOSE and is probably advanced scripting but yes, it is possible like the Motorcycle Mod.
  8. I have XP, and I used it and it worked. Edit: Did you even try to attempt it, even if it was Vista?
  9. Navmeshes are really advanced stuff, if you plan doing one, a good idea is to go by tutorial.
  10. The ID for it is "XMarkerHeading"
  11. Place a red marker on the NPC inside and it should work.
  12. You're link lead to the DarNified Mod.... Lol... But, it could be possible to make one, you even can, you just need permission from the author.
  13. Favorites: Sticky - I may sound so goddamn crazy to you, but Sticky is funny with his stories sometimes. Lucas Simms - A good leader for a fray town. Dislike: Mayor MacCready - He is such a spoiled biatch. Fawkes - Let me put it this way: "Get out of the way, get out of the way, GET OUT OF THE WAY! GOD YOUR THE WORST COMPANION EVER!"
  14. THANK YOU! I never saw the auto - sorter so that is a new and good thing. And thanks for the MMM Advice too! Fallout 3 Runs smoother also.
  15. Meh, maybe click on him and type in "kill" may help and these resurrect him.
  16. Yah, a simple retexture may do that. I think that maybe a good idea.
  17. There was a Project for a Fallout 3 Multi-player, but was abandoned. I saw a video of it, and clicked the forum link, and the main thread was "I give up on this project." So there won't be a multi-player *Period* (By the way, the link to the forum doesn't work anymore.) Edit: I'm wrong, the developer is resuming the project. You can check out his YouTube comments here.
  18. Maybe "EnableFastTravel" is in the Fallout.ini or Fallout_Default.ini. Switch that to 1 if you find it.
  19. Purple items = Missing textures. You may have to reinstall Fallout 3 (But keep your saves and mods) and well, that may help. Or maybe you're using a mod that interferes with textures.
  20. Hmm, maybe the Operation: Anchorage! DLC may help you with this. Kinds just some advice. It will take some scripting and time but I see why not you can't do that.
