  1. Looks like we missed some open-in-new-tab behaviour for a bunch of links, the 'Forums' link included. We'll get this added back in ASAP. Thanks for the feedback. CC @LenaWolfBravil
  2. Looks like a temporary issue. Have you tried these FAQs? https://help.nexusmods.com/article/113-troubleshooting-website-issues https://help.nexusmods.com/article/92-im-having-download-issues-what-can-i-do
  3. Yes, it'll be soon. The team working on it have been a deadline in the next month and although some slippage is possible I'm expecting it to be met. The collapse is fairly generous on how much content is shown before it cuts off. It's set to 20 lines of text at the moment, here are some fairly good examples: - https://next.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/collections/9zfscf?tab=comments&commentId=107114 - https://next.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/collections/9zfscf?tab=comments&commentId=106736 With that in mind, do you still feel an option to auto-expand is needed?
  4. Thanks for raising the issue. I've created an internal bug report and will get it looked at.
  5. We have not yet fixed this bug, a work-around is still available by viewing all mods for a particular game (e.g. https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/)
  6. Sorry for the delay, we are working on returning search to mod comments now but this has taken longer than expected.
  7. Thank you for reporting this malicious advert. We've passed this on directly to our advertising provider and have asked them remove the ads ASAP.

  9. Prepaid cards do not, generally, work with subscriptions. This is usually because a prepaid card is for a fixed amount and a subscription will debit your card every month, until cancelled. You'll need to setup a bank account that issues a Debit or Credit card, or use PayPal.
  10. This is a bug on our end, sorry about that. We're working on a fix now.
  11. I can address a few of these points: Advertising contributes to keeping the platform running. I'm not saying it's an intentional choice that more space is given to ads in the new design (its not, but is a by-product of making the page more accessible and user-friendly), but it's not a very high concern for us as advertising is part of how we keep the site running. The issue you've raised about bold removing hyperlink colour formatting is a bug, we'll get this fixed. I'll speak to our Design team about potentially using more space for longer mod titles. I'll speak to our Design team about the links within cards, I believe this was an intentional choice though based on usage (most users don't click those links). Agreed on the media list, we're already working on changing this to match almost exactly your suggestion. I don't like infinite scrolling either. I am discussing this with the team to see what can be done, but can't guarantee it'll be changed back to page-based very soon. We'll remove the location icon/"Not Set" text if a user hasn't set it, thanks for pointing this out. I'll keep the user IDs in mind for when we work on updating our search pages, which will be in the near future. Thanks for questioning the JSON, I'll chat to your Frontend Devs about that.
  12. No, we don't have any plans to add custom banners. If you'd like this as a feature, please submit feedback here: https://feedback.nexusmods.com/
  13. Yes, we have decided that 4 tiles is a better experience than 5. We have read the feedback around this and have no plans to reconsider our choice at this time. As confirmed by @mfPixel, we do not use #000000/#FFFFFF anywhere on the site. I do not want to presume that you missed it in their reply, but to be absolutely sure I've included a quote below: I'm not too sure where the confusion around contrast ratio is coming from, but the new profile page does not use #000000/#FFFFFF and it is starting to feel counter-productive to keep insisting that it does.
  14. I'm sorry to hear that this new development and feedback process might not be working for you. The intention was to be more open and engaging about what we're doing and how we're dong it. If we're not managing to achieve that, we'll go back to the drawing board and rethink our approach. Unfortunately, the speed at which we develop isn't something that can be easily improved. Good development takes time and I'm far more focused on high quality in the end product as opposed to shipping broken products fast.
