Here ya go. Search the forums. And honestly, yes you should get it for PC. You'll have mod support which will give you so much more content and graphical options that the Consoles can not.

There's no need to worry about the graphics for the PC. Todd has already said several times it'll look much better on the PC, not to mention DX11 in which the consoles are not capable of rendering do to their outdated Hardware that will be coming in a later patch. They have been working on DX11 so its just a matter of time. They have also said that the 360 graphics are pretty much Med and Low slider settings on the PC. Meaning High and Very High will melt your face off. source
