Oooooo I have not played fallout 3 yet

Here we are almost a year later and the CK still has this issue. I did the regsvr32 and even that wont fix the issue

I'm not very good at modding yet, but I have an idea for something if anyone who is good at modding wants to make this. I always thought it was weird that dragons shouted at us and never uttered a word like the lore would lead you to believe. So why not change that? Make it so that when a dragon shouts at you they use their own damn language to do so, frost and fire breath might have to be changed on dragons. But this would be cool to have, especially if you are using a dueling mod were it's hard to time your shout against the dragon's because they never f*#@ing speak. Just an idea and if someone does wish to do this then let me know so I can download and endorse :)

So I was trying to help out ol Malborn get away from the Thalmor spy outside Windhelm, however there seems to be a massive snow pile restricting my access to the New Gnisis Corner Club in the Greyquarter. Pretty sure its from a mod but I couldn't find any information on any of the pages of the mods I am currently using so I have no idea what is happening, wouldn't be too big of an issue if I could just click on the snowmound and disable/mark for delete....But it's not targetable nor can I click on it for the code.
