I uninstalled a mod (expanded towns and cities) and thats when i started to have problems... im reinstalling it now to see if that fixes it.

Can you give me step by step instructions on how to get to the right place for when i do get it? (Something like Mydocuments/Mygames/Skyrim thats as far as i have gotten)

So i downloaded the Frostfall mod and a few others and have been playing for a while and i get a pop up that says my script engine is running to slow and (last update took 152sec expected <20sec) I went to the mod home page and looked at FAQs and he said something about adding a papyrus thing or something. I have no idea how to work with scripts or anything like that so i have no idea what hes talking about. I dont even know where to copy and paste it. If someone can tell me how to get to the scripting thing with a step by step kind of thing id appreciate it.
