I know this is a pretty old post, but i'm wondering if you ever tested that parameter (CSRA - Ranged Accuracy Mult)? If you did, (and you see this post), could you share if that appeared to have complete control over npc accuracy? Besides weapon stats of course. I'd appreciate any info you remember regarding this. Thanks!

I know this is a late reply but I can offer a little help, if at all. I just installed New Vegas Redesigned 3 as well and looking at your 2 list of mods, I don't see Fallout Character Overhaul in them. The author of NV-Redesigned3 says that it is required for his mod to work properly. But being as he recomends to disable all the .esm&.esp's from FO Character Overhaul, you may just have posted your active plugins and did in fact install FCO. Even better, maybe by now you already fixed it yourself :blush:
