If you're getting the Seagate HDD and the Asus disk drive, just get the combo, it's like, 10-15 dollars cheaper I think. At least, that's what I'm getting.

It seems to me a heck of a lot of power goes into these custom PC's. One thing I've always done is unplug everything when I'm through with it. Since I pay the power bill, I try to keep power consumption down. What about you guys?

well don't forget, they never say jack about a CS until after the game comes out and the fans have nagged long enough lol. You think by now they'd know darned well that yes, we DO want one, so they may as well have it ready to go :P Todd did say they had one, called it the Creation Set I believe.

My previous computer didn't have a GPU and it ran Oblivion pretty well. I'm also confused as to what this "GPU" is. Is it basically a graphics card?

Here's a question about PC's; Would it be cheaper to buy a really nice computer with all the amazing specs and whatnot right off the bat? Like Alienware or something? Or, would it be cheaper to get a pretty crappy somewhat older computer, replace the hard drive, video card, etc. If so, I got another question to ask, what are good specs for these different parts, what hard drive, video card, should I get? Can you replace the Processor? I'm not intuned at all when it comes to computers, but one of my friends has built computers before so I was just gonna get him to put it all together. Thanks!
