I don't see why there needs to be. If what you really mean is "time travel", there is no point in further convoluting the situation with additional, technical jargon. It is intrinsically understood the methodology can be different. It's like the physical concept of work; it's accomplished in many ways, but if you only knew the end result, you are blind to the underlying process, which isn't necessary to further manipulate the result.

(in the sense of no wars and some kind of stability), but a Utopia is not. All we can hope for, in this regard, is to get as close to nowhere as possible, which is ironic since that's exactly where this world is headed.

I can talk about the problems with Australian policy and law but at least we can fix it eventually in constrast to the huge mess in D.C. Nothing compares to that
