  1. A Circuit breaker, for example. In fact I can't find any other kind of switch in the creation kit so if there is one I'd appreciate if someone can give me the correct name. Anyway, I tried using the 'Packed in' Circuit Breaker which has the activator built in, and linked it to the light but nothing happens, and by nothing happens I mean the switch animation doesn't even play, let alone the light turn on like it does in the game.
  2. Jamaica Plain already has multiple Trigger Zones. The town is covered in the junk which makes doing anything difficult. I have no idea how to link to a Trigger zone which is why I asked for a guide, but the guide provided does not cover that.
  3. I'm having a tough time with this and I don't know why. What I would like to do is cover the entirety of Jamaica Plain under the Workshop. I can't use other mods to achieve this because they overwrite my own mod I'm making, undoing various changes I make. My mod has to be at the bottom of the load order because of this. Problem is, so do they. I created the "Defaultemptytrigger" box, linked it to the green box labled 'Crate (as seen in the video tutorial) and expanded the size so it covers the entire town. I load up the game, go to the workshop and the area is the same as default. So as a simple test I located the original build area (from a backup esp) and simply moved it. I load up the game, go to the workshop and get the same result, the default boundaries. I don't understand why?
  4. Could somebody either be so kind as to explain to me how I do this, or give me the link to a guide, please? I've looked around and I can't find out how to increase the workshop area. Thank you.
  5. Yeah I might have been localised, I can't remember. No matter. Another question if I may, save me making a new thread. I'm trying to rebuild a mod I made last year for myself, and when in the landscape editor, pressing B would bring up the grids and the land textures in each (groups of up to 5). For some reason that's not working. It brings up the grids, just not the box with what's in those grids. Have I got the button right, was it B or something else. If it is, any ideas why it would not be coming up, please?

Could you post a screenshot of that, because I don't know what you mean with that ... Sorry, I misspoke (I play a lot of MMOs). Last time I did this, when I launched the game scenery is missing but I recognise I might be doing it wrong. If you look at this thread, this is how I did it last time and if you scroll down and look at his second screenshot, that's the problem I was getting. I might be selecting the wrong thing but I've been trying to get an answer to this simple question for over twelve months, I can't find a single guide, and I've asked on both Reddit and here and no one will give me an answer. How do I Regenerate the LOD?
  9. How do I do that, please, because if I do that in the Creation Kit everything goes pear shaped when I log in with all sorts of scenery and land missing.
  10. https://i.imgur.com/l24nGxG.png (image is too large to put in the thread) Basic changes are flattening the area around the dropped flyover, but as you can see, whilst the flyover is sticking out of the ground slightly, there's an after image that doesn't appear in the editor but does in the game. How do I get rid of that, please?
  11. This is complete bobbins. I ran a file verification of the creation kit and despite having the correct (above) lines in the correct files the bloody thing won't load multiple masters now.
  12. Isn't there a beginners guide on this? Do I really need to know what Atlas Textures are? I was hoping I could just push a button and it works.
  13. How do I generate them on my load order? There has to be a simple way to see a lowered drawbridge rather than an elevated one?
  14. Hello, I hope somebody can help me with this, I never seem to get help on other sites. I am creating a mod for myself, teaching myself how to do it as I go along. In some places I have changed the landscape by replacing or deleting certain objects, for example, a simple removing a flyover or swapping out an elevated draw bridge for a lowered one. In both cases the LOD still shows the original items. How do I replace the LOD so it shows the new items? I tried generating the LOD for the worldspace in the editor and ended up with no land anywhere, and I can't seem to find anything when I search the internet so help would be greatly appreciated.
  15. I hope this is the right place to ask for help because I've asked twice in two places now and not received any help. I don't have a screenshot right now but I have a couple of related questions. First is that some times, certain items I've placed using the Creation Kit do not show up in the game. An example of this is the big 'ol gate at the rear of Outpost Zimonja, you know, the one that leads to the river and is twice your height. I reduced the size to 1 and created a nice wall gate from coast to coast. Hop in game and the gate is in the wrong place, a place that simply doesn't correspond with what i'm seeing in the editor. The second question is when landscape editing. How do I fix the lods to reflect the new landscape? For example I removed trees in an overhaul of the glowing sea, paved it over with a nice bit of grass and whilst it works in game, the LODs are the original landscape with radioactive hellscape popping out of existence and replaced by my edited landscape as I load the grid. Similarly with some something of hills, certain creatures show to be stood in the air from a distance, only to fall to the ground as I get near. In the editor they are very much on the ground.
  16. For the love of f***ing god this is doing my brain in. I did it, it worked, and then I installed one of my mod's bodyslide files and it reverted back to how it was with all the Kunn junk in and now no matter how many times I reinstall it following your instructions it will not work now. Edit: If you read this before I reply again, hold this thought a moment. I have bodyslide tool coming up via NMM despite being completely uninstalled. O.K. found the problem but not the source of the problem. If I launch the tool via NMM it brings up the broken version. After following your guide, if I launch it via the exe it works. Now I need to figure out where NMM is launch from because I don't want wasted space on my system. Thanks for the help.

  19. I do have that. I've tried installing CBBE before bodyslide, and bodyslide before CBBE before posting, both have the same effect. A blank outfit drop down list. This is driving me up the wall. I can't even uninstall it properly. Even if I delete every associated file I still get all the outfits from the mods I installed. Oh and I just reinstalled both again and still no CBBE Body or CBBE Physics. Let's start with something simple. How do I do a clean install of this mod, i.e. no associated outfits?

I recently reinstalled FO4 completely from scratch due to having all manner of issues and since reinstalling it and installing Bodyslide I'm having a problem in that it's different to my previous version. First off when installing it there are no outfits and I cannot for the life of me find where I had the old outfits from. I've downloaded the vanilla sets by kuunkulta but that is not the one I had. That in itself wouldn't be a problem save for the fact that CBBE Body and CBBE Physics options are missing from the outfits, so I can't set a body type for the naked character. Does anybody either know where I can get hold of the outfits I had installed, or where I can just get the naked CBBE body 'outfit' from, please? The second issue I have is that certain bodyslide files whilst showing in the folder, will not show in the tool's drop down list. How do I get them to appear, please? On a side note, and I ask this out of curiosity, the options to remove certain sections of an outfit are now at the bottom of the tool, rather than the top as they were. Is there a reason for this? Edit: Now I've managed to break it altogether. The sliders have now diapered and no amount of reinstalling will make them appear again. Fixed this bit. Edit 2: I'm also getting sever clipping issues despite batch building everything to the same body preset. Categories are also missing. I've used this tool since it first launched so I know enough to know that something has gone horribly wrong with the install but I have no idea how to fix it.
