  1. I'm very good at writing in-character scholarly type books and/or journals, so if anyone does decide to make this mod go ahead and contact me. I can work within any parameters you give me, or if you aren't really a story person I can create explanations for why the mod works the way it does in-game.
  2. I don't think they ever talk about marriage in the Elder Scrolls except for that couple in Bruma in Oblivion who talk about how they don't want a chapel marriage.
  3. Except Harry Potter dragons aren't sentient. Also, I think different colors of dragons would be nice, so long as they aren't a rainbow or anything. :P
  4. 1 little thumbs down really bugs you that much huh? What do you do when you walk down the street and someone gives you a dirty look? Tackle them and repeatedly bludgeon them in the face with whatever object I happen to be holding.
  5. My RP got good reviews in the concept stage, but once I posted it no one even noticed the poor thing. >.<
  6. Male Imperial or High Elf. The only time I've ever played a female was in a brief stint as a banshee living in a cave. Periodically she would exit and harass the town people by stealing their things and paralyzing them. I'm not sure the undead in Oblivion even count as having a gender. :P
  7. Name: Archmagi Alterio Gender: Male Race: High Elf Birthsign: The Tower Class: Archmagi Homes: Ancient Towers Favorite Land: The Summerset Isles Best Friend: His faithful impling librarian, Charlemagne Worst Enemy: People who destroy books and knowledge Combat Preference: Elaborate and showy spells Combat Style: Warn everyone to back off. If they don't back off, shoot a big fireball at them. If they still don't back off, turn one of them into stone. If they still don't back off, they deserve everything that comes to them. Greatest Fear: His towers being ransacked. Greatest Want: To bridge the gap between the Daedric planes and Nirn for easy and relatively cheap travel. Physique: Tall, well-muscled Level: Varies, I remake this character like 12 times a month Joined Guilds/Factions: None Enemy Guilds/Factions: None Childhood: Relatively normal childhood for a High Elf. Teenage: His talent came out that this point. He was assigned a research project by the Summerset Council, but he jumped ship on the way to Akavir and made his way to Cyrodiil. Favorite Food: Sweetcakes Disliked Food: Ale Favorite Arrow Type: Summoned Favorite Blade Type: Silver Dagger Spells: Too many to count. Friendly Races: All of the 10 main races Neutral Races: Vampire, Daedra Hostile Races: The Daedra of the Daedric plane he is infiltrating. Favorite City/Town: Skingrad Least Favorite City/Town: Bravil Favorite Daedra: None Least Favourite Daedra: None Favourite Divine: None Least Favourite Divine: None Main Weakness: He rapidly becomes rude when anyone suggest he isn't as good at something as he though. Main Strength: His personality and his magic Goal in Life: The bridge the gap between Nirn and the Daedric planes for easy and relatively safe travel. Why he Was Sent to Jail: Just picking up prisoners for experiments
  8. I am optimistic about it, simply because western culture is infectious. People love freedom to do whatever the damn well please, regardless of if it is good for them or not. You have to totally shield your people from western culture like North Korea does to keep them from wanting freedom of choice and all the other "Enlightenment ideas" out there.
  9. I agree with the BlackBaron about agreeing with Lehcar. There are places where it should be acceptable for everyone to be topless, and there are places where it should be unacceptable for anyone to be topless.
  10. My personal hypothesis is that at some point China will tell the US to pay up or else they'll attack, and the US will agree to pay their debt for the sake of public image. The US govt. jacks up all the taxes, places massive tariffs on imports, and just generally angers the populace. The US finally has enough to pay China, so they hand the cash over. However, now the US is filled with poverty caused by China so no one wants to buy the cheap and useless merchandise flowing out of Chinese sweat shops. China is okay for a little while because of the money the US gave them, but eventually their economy crashes too. Now both of the former economic superpowers in the world have almost no economic power and are entirely focused on keeping themselves afloat, so they stop exporting. This causes a ripple effect and economies around the world follow suit. North Korea notices their neighbor South Korea is totally ruined, so they move in. The Koreas are now united, and they want some of China, as does Taiwan. At this point, everyone's attention is drawn to the Middle East because of extremist governments that want to take over eachother during this time of weakness. Everyone realizes that the Middle East is full of fossil fuels just ripe for the harvesting, so they move in on the Middle East. The Middle Eastern area makes a valiant effort to protect itself with stockpiles of dirty bombs, but this does nothing but worsen the situation. By now, Korea and Taiwan have moved into China with no reason except for claiming its land, but the UN can't do anything because all the countries are too absorbed in their own economic troubles and the war in the Middle East. Now everyone is fighting over the oil reserves in the Middle East, but no one is strong enough to actually get to them.
  11. I don't believe morals should be taught to anyone. Children should be given the critical thinking skills and the information needed to draw their own conclusions, instead of having their parent's morals programmed into them.
  12. Sanguine, Sheogorath, and Peryite are my three favorites.
  13. The only character I place particular affection on is Simplicia the Slow in the Imperial Market district. She was the first person I befriended and I remember loving her old beggar voice. <3 What about you?
  14. Speaking of that, I wonder what the moons will look like in this game? They were fading in the last one, so I wonder what the opening of the Mehrunes' plane to Nirn and 500 years of wear and tear have done to them?
