  1. What's the best filter option if I want to just filter all the thirsty mods out? I know that's like over 1/2 the mods but I am not interested in that stuff and don't want to see it.
  2. Well I fixed it by using LOOT. I was able to edit the meta data with LOOT and it actually did what I asked and loaded prydwenoverhaul after Crossbrotherhood recon. So it's working now but I can't sort with Vortex. I even tried to uninstall and reinstall Vortex before I went the LOOT route. But at least I have both mods installed and CambridgePD interior looks fine. Thanks again for all your help guys.
  3. Yeah...I figured but I can't get my Vortex to do that. You can see I have set up the rule but no joy. Thanks for your help tho. Did you make that Cambridge mod "LIGHT" or was it always an ESPfe? I didn't change anything that I know of. It's possible but I just removed (archive too) both of them and reinstalled them both and the CROSS is still light. I still can't change the load order on prydwenoverhaul. My Vortex is broken somehow. I'm sure I did something wrong I just don't know what.

  5. Tried that too. The radio button is greyed out and I can't select it. I know it's those two mods that conflict. I can run one or the other and CambridgePD looks fine but I when I run them both the inside textures are all messed up. Missing and holes everywhere. I have asked the mod author for a patch because I'm stuck at this point. I really do appreciate your trying to assist tho.
  6. OK do this. 1. Go to the plugins Tab 2. Click on MANAGE RULES in the top menu 3. At the bottom of the SET RULES window, in the left hand "Select Plugin Box" type in prydwynoverhaul2 (the drop down will filter down) select it. 4. In the Right Hand "Select Plugin Box" window type in cross_brotherhoodrecon (the drop down will filter down) select it. 5. in the MIDDLE box, select LOAD AFTER, so reading from left to right the three boxes should say "prydwynoverhaul2 Must Load After cross_brotherhoodrecon" 6. click APPLY to close the window 7. Click SORT NOW in the menu If you look at the 1st screen shot I posted of my rules window you will see that I already have a rule set up for exactly that. However for the purpose of this troubleshooting I deleted that rule I had made and created another one following your instructions. Unfortunately prydwenoverhaul stayed exactly where it was in spot 61. Weirdly cross_brotherhoodrecon moved down to 83. Here's the rule again
  7. When you say "Created", do you mean you picked the "Dynamic Patches" from the drop down list, or you actually made ANOTHER group called Dynamic Patches? No..the only group I created was called "late loaders". The Dynamic Patches was already present. I tried to post a screen shot but the forum doesn't allow it. Where did you put "Late Loaders" in the Rules screen? Because if the "Late Loaders" group is sitting out there on its own, than your Prydwyn Mod isn't going to move anywhere in relation to the "Late Loader" group. You should get rid of that group you made and set those mods in that group back to "Default" Basically, what should've happened, is, if you had just assigned that prydwyn esp to Dynamic Patches, Without making the other groups(s) and assigning esps to them, then the prydwyn esp should've jumped straight down to the bottom. Use an image hosting place like gyazo, because I'd like to see your RULE/Group Screen Ok...here are some screen shots..I hope. I've click sort and restarted multiple times and it still won't move. https://gyazo.com/8e0837d3534ec86b83095d4a6c46aaae

  9. There is a very effective way to manage load order with Vortex, and that's to let Vortex do it. Vortex was built from the ground up to do just that. Vortex also has tools to allow for load adjustments when needed, but that rarely happens. Follow HadToRegisters advice: read the article that he referenced to understand the why and how of Vortex, undo all of your prior group assignments for esp's, assign your problem esp to Dynamic Patches (which is late loading in Fallout 4), and sort, letting Vortex make group assignments. That's it. No more agonizing over what goes where in your plugin load order. I understand what you are saying. I have let Vortex manage it messes Cambridge Police station up because of it. I need prydwenoverhaul to load AFTER CROSS Brotherhood recon specifically and nothing I have tried works. Rules, groups...nothing. I've read the article and watched the tutorials and I do understand but in this instance Vortex is failing.
  10. DO NOT, put ALL of your ESPs into Load order groups. Just put that ONE specific ESP, into the Group, "Dynamic Patches", hit SORT, and you're done. There's no need to micromanage the load order of Plugins anymore like you did with NMM, this comes from misunderstanding how Vortex handles sorting vs how it used to be done in NMM. I created a group called "late loaders" and moved it to very late in the load order. It still doesn't move. I just now changed it to the Dynamic Patches group and it still didn't move. Did you put ALL of your other ESPs, into Groups? If so, remove them. Also, did you hit SORT after you put the ESP into the Dynamic Patches group? I did hit sort. I even restarted Vortex just to be sure. There are currently 4 groups group in my load order. Fixes (which only contains the unofficial patch), DLC (self explanatory), Alternate Start (which has the mod alternate start), and default (which is all other mods.) I created the 5th which I only put this SINGLE mod in. And it still doesn't move.

  12. I'm so frustrated with Vortex right now I'm about to just switch. There doesn't seem to be any way to manage load order. I have tried setting up rules and I have created load order groups and the file I need to be lower in my load order simply will not move. It's prydwenoverhaul and I need it to load below any other mods the change the Cambridge Police Station. I know what mods do this but Vortex will not let me move it. Please tell me I'm missing something simple. I have watched the in Vortex tutorial and as I said i've tried all the things Gopher goes over. I've restarted Vortex 27 times and that mod will not move. What do I do?
  13. Hello, Is there a way I can remove a mod from my front page view? One of the mods on there right now makes me physically ill to look at. I'm being serious by the way, it really does make me sick for some reason. Thanks.
  14. Hello, I am trying to install Witcher 2 mods via the NMM and getting the error message "Unrecognized Game Mode" Before anyone bans me I did not purchase the game via Steam, I purchased it through GOG. I have set the game directory to "C:\Program Files (x86)\GOG.com\The Witcher 2 Enhanced Edition\bin" via the scan of NMM. What am I doing wrong?
