I can't get into the chat 'room.' I seen it once, the first time I tried, but then it said "disconnected" at the bottom of the messages. I didn't even have time to listen, watch, or post a chat message. Now it won't even let me in the chat 'room,' says "You do not have access to our chat room." What is the problem? I have laggy Satellite Internet service and I hope that is not the issue - almost 1000ms ping times. EDIT: Using FF 22.0
