i cant find it, i checked where the saves where but there was only an "Oblivion" i didnt know if it was oblivion.ini so i didnt risk deleting it.

yeah it did help a bit, ill check to see if any of my latest mods require SI

okay, i rechecked the load order correctly and it still didnt work. As i said before, i think it is something to do with the patch, but maybe not, im not good with this. I loaded oblivion.esm first and DR last, same resault

i cant even start a new game! When i click new game, and yes, nothing happens at all. I could start a new game before i installed the patch, but everything is messed up if i dont install it.

bben46, i tried to install the 1.2.0416 patch, but it said "file not found, although a file of the same name etc..." so i checked if i was on the old version but it said in the bottem left corner "1.2.0416, so i figured it worked, but i think that it only installed part of the patch. I dont know why i got that message, on OBSE, it said i need version "1.2.0416" so i figured i needed to install it, even though i thought i had the latest version because i have GOTY, but i dont have SI installed. I just reinstalled OBSE, but no luck, saves still dont work, i have no problem restarting, just as long as i can still play.

ok. i have another problem now : / Whenever i try to start a new game without the new patch, it works. when i install the patch and try it, it wont load the savegame

i recently uninstalled oblivion because my game was crashing everytime i cast a spell or shot an arrow, so i decided to just start over and delete my saves because they werent loading and crashed whenever i tried to load them. So i started a new game, and i still cant load saves from it! WTF?! i tried to patch it but it said "old file not found but a file of the same name was found" or something like that. So i checked and it said that i was on the version that i just tried to patch, so i thought to myself "maybe it patched it afteralll" I am using a steam version of Oblivion so i dont have a cd for it. Im on windows xp. Heres my mod order: HorseCombatMaster.esm Oblivion.esm No psychic guards v1.2.esp VampireCurePotions 1.0.esp _Ren_BeautyPack_full.esp Border Removal.esp RealisticForceMedium.esp c_dagcol.esp Bow Crash Fix.esp ExnemEyeCandy.esp ExnemEC_Rogue01.esp Exnem Leather Iron Warrior.esp GlenvarCastle.esp Necromancer Shop.esp Deadly Reflex 5 - Timed Block with no damage or durability changes.esp DeadlyReflex 5 - Combat Moves.esp ImpeREAL City Unique Districts - All the Districts - Merged.esp serpentdagger.esp Akatosh Mount By Saiden Storm.esp Please help, i am soooo confused and frustrated and it seems i have spent more time trying to fix oblivion than actually having fun with it. :thanks:

This happens after i installed "Servant of Dawn" but i really dont want to uninstall it because im far into it. Yes i have some mods, i dont know how to list them. I read somewhere that this was a Codec error but i dont know how to fix it.

Hey guys, i have been having this problem for a long time and its really bugging me. Whenever i shoot an arrow, and i release to shoot, my computer COMPLETELY freezes, same whenever i cast a spell, right when my hand is about to leave the screen it freezes. I downloaded this mod: http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=10026 and it fixed it, but only for a little bit, please help, i cant play until i fix it. :thanks:

Whenever i try to use the vine arrows from thieves arsenal, they freeze up the game and i have to restart the computer. Please help! :wallbash: I just found out that using ANY of the arrows from thieves arsenal and trying to shoot them freezes the game, i just installed necromancer shop, wil that affect it?

I recently downloaded the thieves arsenal mod but i cant set it up. When i activated it oblivion went black and the black box in the corner of the screen appeared, then it just crashed and took me back to my desktop? How do i fix this, none of my mods are working now!!! :wallbash:

Maybe u mixed up some files and one of those files was something in the market.

this happend to me too. this invisible thing started attacking me. so i figured out that i messed up the texture/meshes. check if its in the right folder.

is it in the right folder?
