I have recently re-installed Skyrim and I have discovered that I can't move my mouse at all in the main menu or in game. The skyrim cursor is stuck in the middle, however if I move my mouse to the edge of the screen, the windows cursor appears, but i can't click on anything. I can also drag the window despite it being in full screen and if i plug in my xbox controller I can use that. When I shift tab to the steam overlay I can still move the mouse around fine, so it's just in skyrim itself. I have tried unchecking controller support, don't have raptr or xfire installed and made sure it's not a mod conflict (vanilla skyrim), so I'm really stumped here.

For some reason, I cannot download NMM from the site. I can download mods perfectly fine, but when i try to download NMM, it goes at like 3 bytes per second and then stops halfway.

I have the same problem, a fix for the intro sequence to continue is to console "prid 654ed" and then "kill". The sequence will continue as intented but it's annoying to do every time you start a new character.
